Pros:

The location was perfect short walking distance from kyoto station and 2 malls, the room size was great

Cons:

They only offer cleaning every 3 days and the room and toilet had a smell

Great location if you want to be near to Kyoto Station. Beautiful rooms.

Very close to Kyoto Station but also tucked away, little bars and restaurants nearby and an onsen across the road. Beautiful rooms.

Cons:

It was very good overall. Maybe there could be storage space to unpack your clothes a bit more.
