If we visit Kyoto again, we would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, close to Kyoto station and 711 konbini. Spacious room with good amenities. Helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Very minor - few hooks/rails to hang towels for a family of 4, the toaster needed to be moved to the kitchen bench as there was no socket.

Nice location and close to Kyoto station. Large apartment style rooms. Well equipped.

More space in the room as opposed to traditional hotels

Cons:

Lack of staff knowledge of local restaurants. We were just directed to Kyoto Station which really didn’t give us an authentic Japanese experience. My suggestion is, staff a walk down Shimmachi-Dori and make a list of bars and restaurants within an easy walking distance of 22Pieces Hotel.

Overall had a fantastic stay , was very impressed happy with this property and will def stay and recommend to others.
Pros:

Very Spacious ( we were 3 adults n one 16 yr old) with 3 large suitcases n 4 carry ons, clean, proximity to the Kyoto station / Aeon shopping mall .had a cooking range , toaster, micro .

Cons:

Minor one -Tea/ coffee sachets in room instead to asking at reception.
