The space and cleanliness
The staff are friendly and welcoming

Cons:

There are no electric plug near the bed nor the dresser, had to do my hair with no mirrors and going back and forth to check
The lighting is romantic and soothing, however, there is no extra lights if needed

Very nice staff. Room and bathroom clean buy a bit old fashioned.
Close to metro station.

Cons:

I booked a studio and i was not given the room that I booked for. They informed that it was full even though i booked the room before going to the hotel. Also when i complained that i did not got the room i booked for the receptionist gave other people who came later to me the rooms who were another gcc citizen. It was pure discrimination as i am an asian. Also the rooms provide were not upto standard though they took the money for a studio that i booked for. I consider this as haram on them and will take what i deserve in ahira and do not recommend anyone to go to that place as they do not care if you are from an asian country.
