Unfortunately disappointing but has the potential to be v good with a few tweaks
Pros:

It’s clean and old world quaint. The staff at reception and pool were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The dinner service in the restaurant was exceptionally slow . We counted at least 6 staff and with the exception of 2 guys who were v pleasant and friendly, the others all seemed totally disinterested and not customer friendly or focused.

That night staff on a ground floor corridor were banging canteen carts into corners and then discussing everything at the tops of their voices despite it being 11.50pm

In the morning the breakfast buffet should have been restocked more regularly.

Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Loved the older world feel of the hotel. The Staff were all lovely and helpful. Loved the bar/lounge layout and the bar food was lovely. The pool area Leisure was lovely and not too busy when we were there which was great. Near the centre of town which has lots of nice shops and places to eat.

Cons:

Bring your own hair drier as the ones supplied in the bathroom are dreadful. See through window in our en suite with just a net curtain. No iron in the room. You could ask for one but didn't bother. These were only minor things and didn't in any way affect our stay.

The staff, leisure facilities, food were excellent. Very good value for money and would call again

Cons:

Disappointed with the bathroom as it was outdated’ 1980s look and feel. No walk in shower. Overall the bathroom was not four star but everything else about the hotel was four star

Secondly, I found the staff to be unwelcoming, with an attitude that came across as arrogant and lacking a willingness to help. I have been booking different hotels through Booking.com for the past five to seven years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a disappointing level of service at a resort. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

La salle de bain était trop petite, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Aucune place place pour poser les affaires et aucune prise. Lit un peu dur et la télé minuscule. Aucune chaîne internationale

La habitación estaba bien, espaciosa y con camas cómodas. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Para el precio que tiene las instalaciones son un poco viejas. En especial el spa es muy justito.
