Lovely stay, would definitely come back. However I’d probably bring a little fan with me just incase.
Pros:

I upgraded as it was a special occasion so I liked how our room was on a different level to the bathroom and getting ready. The decor was so nice, we felt very premium within our stay.
The light situation was so handy! Birthday decorations were lovely too.

Cons:

I only had two issues, the stairs in our rooms were very slippery if you were in socks. Fine for going up and down in barefoot or shoes.
The temperature of the room kept changing even after waiting the advised 20 minutes in the instructions. So we kept getting very warm.

Poor
Pros:

The room was nice and close
to the o2 and train station

Cons:

Tv didn’t work
payed extra £20 for a decorated room (it had 3 small balloons and a few petals on the bed) not worth the £20

Got to the hotel at 2pm sat outside to wait for our room food was left in an opened box in the middle of the walk way ( sauces and packs of chicken ) none fresh was left out for way over an hour with no cover and not chilled which is a health and safety risk the food was also accessible by anyone so anyone could do anything to it as no one was around
have tried to contact the hotel and no luck

also got told landmark view our view was off someone’s house

Comfortable but not sure the price was worth what we got.
Pros:

Location and room was nice

Cons:

Small things like no light bulb in bedside table, small dining area. Went down for a drink mid afternoon and felt like we’d interrupted a family meal so didn’t feel overly comfortable in the bar.
Bed mattress was in need of changing, wasn’t the best night sleep.
Staff however were very friendly.

Nice hotel… would recommend
Pros:

Decor & sky room was lovely & very clean.
Good breakfast
Lovely friendly staff

Cons:

A little too far out from where we wanted to be but doable.
No instructions to work the air/con or heating but to be fair we didn’t get back until very late and didn’t ask anyone for help.

It was fine but not sure if I would return for the reasons explained.
Pros:

It was clean and a lovely building

Cons:

My bedroom was up some stairs and the bathroom downstairs. This wasn’t explained and it was difficult taking luggage up narrow stairway and going down to the bathroom. Checking in took ages and as a group we wanted to meet in a bar but it was actually the restaurant and we got in the way of guests wanting to dine there .
