Pros:

First of all, a big THANK YOU to the reception team who was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. They are just awesome! 👏 Ready to help you any time of the day or night and always smiling.

The hotel is really pretty, room was really nice, location is not too bad as you can walk 10-15 mins to underground. Parking was a big plus.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und einladend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr umfangreich, aber ausreichend für den Start in den Tag. Man läuft ca. 6 Minuten zum Bus und ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Zug bzw. U-Bahn Station.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit dem Internet, darum soll sich aber nun gekümmert werden. In direkter Umgebung gibt es nicht so viele Supermarkets und Restaurants, hierfür muss man ein ein paar Minuten weiter gehen, was aber machbar ist. Tagsüber hört man hin und wieder Flugzeuge, Nachts ist es ruhig.

O2 concert, perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location for a gig at the O2. The hotel is stylish, great facilities, the staff in particular Anu and Harshit were helpful and attentive at check-in and check-out.
Well worth the travel from Cornwall. Thank you.

The property itself is lovely, feels glamorous

Cons:

The area it’s in didn’t feel great but obviously not the hotels fault. You have to walk to Canary Wharf to have a meal as there isn’t anything nearby.

Pros:

Beautiful building very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Nothing well located and central very close to shopping and food. The staff were amazing from checking to checkout they could not be more helpful and friendly went above and beyond. Requested rooms near each other as had an elderly relative with us and were happy to oblige. Well informed when we checked in.

Lovely quiet hotel
Pros:

I booked this hotel a long time in advance of concert at the London Stadium we were going to. Perfectly located on a quiet street within a couple of minutes walk to Poplar DLR Station and easy access to the stadium. We got a brilliant price on our room and were very happy with our choice. Lovely room with a comfortable bed, great bathroom with beautiful L'Occitaine toiletteries.
On one of the hottest weekends of the year, the air con I the room was a real bonus too.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

All the lights (apart from the bathroom), including bedside lights, were controlled by the remote on the TV. I'd just prefer light switches so you wouldnt have to turn the entire TV on just to put on a bedside light!! The TV was also a bit temperamental and we found it difficult to actually turn on initially.

A lovely base to explore old haunts (and new) from our time living in Poplar back in the 1980s.
Pros:

Very cool and comfortable in the heat.
Managed to park on the street right outside the hotel.

Cons:

Having ordered gluten free breakfast options, there were no gf cereals, no gf pastries and not even gf toast. Nor was there signage about gluten content of cooked items.
