Top Hotel
Pros:

Ein modernes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Ich wurde mit meinem kleinen Dackel sehr freundlich behandelt. Frühstück ist top. Und bei der Hitze war die Klimaanlage ein Segen.

Pros:

Super happy with my choice of Hotel. Was a short walking distance to the city centre, very nice room, beautiful art in the corridors and of course an excellent view from the top floor restaurant during my breakfast, which also offered all I wanted.
Thanks to the hotel team as well for the friendliness.

Sehr guten Hotel mit Problemen beim Klima und Personal
Pros:

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus, Kunst in den Gängen und in der Bar, tolle Lage direkt am Park mit gutem Blick. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist grundsätzlich sehr gut (die Klimatisierung ausgenommen).

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar und kühlte viel zu stark herunter - die Beschreibung sagte zwar, man könne das regulieren, das funktionierte aber in meinem Zimmer nicht. Heiß (ohne Klimaanlage, Fenster nicht richtig zu öffnen) oder eiskalt (mit Klimaanlage) - dazwischen gab es nichts.
An der Rezeption versprach man dann, das zentral umzustellen - und tat nichts. Kundenservice wird in diesem Hotel nicht so groß geschrieben ... Ohne diese Probleme hätte das Haus eine Top Note verdient gehabt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für den stolzen Übernachtungspreis eher schlicht und insgesamt recht lieblos. Mehr Schein als Sein ist mir hàngengeblieben. Halt das übliche Geschàftshotel.
