Pelayanan resto tidak sesuai untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4, terutama crew resto kurang profesional dalam pelayanan, contoh nya saat membersihkan meja itu bisa 3x bolak balik, seharusnya disediakan troley untuk alat makan yg kotor untuk sekali angkut dan sekalian dibersihkan atau di lap meja nya untuk tamu berikutnya, jd tidak bolak balik sampai 3x, terlalu lama

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Roomservice war ok, kam aber zu unmöglichen Zeiten. Hotel insgesamt für den Preis, ca. 50 EUR/Tag inkl. Frühstücksbuffet sehr ordentlich

Cons:

Die Lage. Drum herum ist nichts, man braucht immer ein Grab /Taxi. Manche Tourenbetreiber holen nicht ab.

Pros:

Exceptional staff - very kind, polite, helpful, perfect English and they are lovely, really. Overall a very clean hotel. Spacious room.

Hotel yg lumayan buat short trip
Pros:

Kamar cukup bersih. Staff sangat ramah baik yg di dpn trima mbl maupun front office. Breakfast lumayan beragam dan rasa lumayan. Kita minta ganti handuk karena basah juga boleh. Kemudian ketika malam manggil teknisi ac karena kurang dingin juga langsung datang dan memperbaiki. Staf seluruhnya ramah

Kamar mandinya tidak ada pintu utama. jadi privasi kurang. Untung saya pergi bersama anak dan istri. Wastafelnya agak mempet jadi kalo cuci tangan cuci muka atau sikat gifi airnya agak tergenang di wastafel. Cuma yang agak kaget tiba tiba di lantai saya liat paku payung berkarat. Untung keliatan dan segera dibuang kalo ga dan kena kako bahaya. Karena biasanya kita di kamar ga pake alas kaki. Mungkin ketika teknisi perbaiki ac atau ga tau darimana. Cuma bahaya aja 🙏.
