チェックイン前の荷物の預かりも、快く受けてくださりとても素晴らしい対応して頂きました。お風呂の温度がぬるかったのが残念な点です。また利用させて頂きます。この度はお世話になりありがとうございました。

寝れない!
Pros:

ホテルが古く空調機の設定が強中弱しか無く､強だと寒く､中だと暑くなり､夜中に何度も起きて設定変更をする必要がありました。窓を開けようとしても､安全対策なのか､ビスを打たれており全く開ける事が出来ず息苦しく感じました。
アメニティについても､歯ブラシなどは安いと思われるタイプで快適とは言えなかったです。
フロントの対応､清掃状態などは特に悪いことはなかったです！

数年に一度くらい、用事があって宿泊。
少し古い感じになってきましたが、スタッフの気配りは上々。今回は利用しませんでしたがレストランもOK。
早朝には筥崎宮にお参りして完璧です。

Pros:

下層にレストラン、式場があり5、6階が宿泊施設。
アメニティはフロント前に置いてあるので、自分で取るが、
浴場に、スポンジと歯ブラシはあった。
5階に喫煙所あり。
浴場から下層に行く時は、備え付けのパジャマみたいのは
ダメです。式場、レストランがあるため。
充分です。

周辺に飲食店がいくつかあり，食事に困らない．
近所にコンビニが無いので，到着前に買い物を済ませておいた方が良いです．
部屋の鍵やトイレなどに年季を感じますが，宿代を考えると十分にリーズナブルです．

房間部份翻新過，泊車很方便！
Pros:

因為每次到福岡，布院，熊本等等都是自駕遊，往往也會選擇泊車方便的酒店，此酒店離開天神，博多購物點有點距離，如果開車就不太遠，酒店樓下已經有超市，食店！

部屋まで氷を持ってきてくれたホテルの方が居たのですが最高の対応でした。
