Pros:

今回、家内と二人、二泊でお世話になりました。
フロント・レストラン等、全てのスタッフの皆さんが、とても親切で、気さくにご対応頂き大変楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
特にレストラン佃煮の方・TOMOのシェフの方・フロントで爽やかな笑顔でお見送りを頂いた皆さん、更に日本語が大変お上手で『私はパールスター大好きです』、と話してくれたフィリピンが母国でお姉さん大変お世話になりました

敷地内の、駐車場があった事が決め手になりましたが、近くのカフェなどは閉店時間が早く少し不便でした。
近くのコンビニは歩いて少しかかりますが、良く通いました

素敵なホテル
Pros:

掃除や手入れが徹底されており快適に過ごせました。
ただ、夜中に警報器が鳴り（４回ほど）、結局は誤報だったようですが、宿泊客がざわつきました。
夜中に起こされ、不安な思いをして、それに関してお詫びだけで、フォローがないのはちょっと疑問でした。
それ以外は、フロント、レストランなと接客が素晴らしかったです。

盥洗設備品質很好，是我首次體驗到有舒服的蓮蓬頭且不會把整個浴室弄濕的很棒的經驗，雖然飯店本體較為老舊但環境維護，家人都很喜歡。

The staff was very hospitable, both at the hotel and restaurant. The French restaurant they have on property is amazing, phenomenal food, and the service was excellent. A perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

鎌倉大仏殿高徳院や長谷寺へ徒歩で15分～20分くらいです。目の前には相模湾に続く由比ヶ浜海岸が見渡せます。ロケーションは良いです。

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future.
