Comfortable rooms and friendly staff but Lacklustre breakfast
Pros:

I love that there is a live plant in the bathroom. It made the room feel less cold.
I loved that the quilt has a proper quilt cover on it, and it is not sandwiched between 2 flat sheets.
The shower was great, with nice water pressure.

Cons:

The breakfast and the coffee. The breakfast is probably good for most, but I find it does not cater to my dietary preferences. Luckily there is a starbucks nearby and they have cold brew.

I hate that the quilt is tucked in at the feet. Why do hotels do this!

The bed is too hard for my liking.

Funky hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Perfect location for our needs, exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, room was very big with cool decor, free guitar rental was fun.

Cons:

Cafe allowed smoking which wasn’t nice

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and responsive. Rooms were available before check in time and good flexibility about check in and check out hours

Cons:

The air condition in the room was very noisy and the temperature is too warm that it was hard to sleep

Pros:

Jeg likte store rom, godt brukt men rent. Gode senger. Personellet var veldig serviceminded og ga god hjelp når jeg ba om det. Frokostenrestauranten hadde mye å velge i, garantert noe for enhver smak.

Terrible hotel experience
Pros:

The worst executive lounge I've ever experienced, and I've been to many. They only served a few cookies, bread and peanuts. We had to ask to get additional food, which they provided only after asking, and then it took more than an hour to get it. Also, the following day, after I had ordered room service, someone came into my room while I was away at breakfast, even though I had the "do not disturb" sign on, and took out what was left of my room service meal. They came into my room without asking while I was gone. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Shenzhen. Firstly, I like the cyber atmosphere and unique rock-themed style which created an exciting feeling. Secondly, the staffs were exceptionally helpful and willing to answer my enquiries, guiding my family how to go to the sport centre nearby. However, I was disappointed with the limited dining options available on-site, which are too expensive for me, which made me had to walk about 5 minutes to dining in the nearby shopping mall. In general speaking, it was a memorable stay, but improvements in dining variety would enhance the experience.
