Lousy Room - Don't waste your money!
Pros:

Toilet not properly cleaned. No toiletries such as toothbrush etc. Bedroom and living room tv not working. Washing machine door also spoil. Really lousy experience, super disappointing.

Pros:

We stayed three days. Never the room were clean nor any amenities such as soap, shampoo etc were not given. Room were never cleaned. There were no phone service to receptions !!

Overall good Service arrangements could be bettter
Pros:

Room was a big studio, good size, as place is not managed by chain hotel, not much service, cleaning was not always done unless we requested, and often housekeeping on same floor does not clean same rooms, so when we saw housekeeping, we thought they were going to clean our room at some point, but they did not, we had to request room clean. No phone to ring for housekeeping etc, had to ring a local number, so not good if not a local staying or have a local number, unless ok to make calls on mobile

Lack of Maintenance and Housekeeping
Pros:

The room is lack of maintenance. Besides that the bed cover and blanket is dirty. The room is big, but the room view is different with the picture shown. Some more there are no signal for television channel. Disappointed, is totally out of my expectation.

nice hotel close to all amenities
Pros:

Nice location, good view,friendly staffs,comfortable,very clean gym room,huge living area,bed room is fantastic.

Swimming pool is excellent with spa, suana, particularly you can order drink and have it in the pool where you sit on the chair under the water.

Only 5 minute to the Twin tower by taxi cost around RM 28 with good condition and comfortable taxi, you can have world wide food and all famous brand products to choose if you like shopping.

The only unsatisfy in the hotel is just the bath towel, and bed linen not that clean and the cooking material not enough.

Pros:

1) Troublesome check in procedure at another building of which guest was not told upfront before arrival.

2) Room key card not detectable / usable.

3) Dysfunctional TVs (TV box in living room was spoilt and the TV in bedroom has very poor signal reception) and there is no wifi.

4) Informed the above (3) twice to 2 different staff and they made promises to fix it but no actions taken.

Overall great room and impressive layout. However, of all my staycations, this has by far the most dissapointing facilities and services. Could have been better.

Really messy work at FD
Pros:

FD is not efficient at all.
I arrived at FD and FD said room is not ready and requested to wait an hour.
After a hour and half, the room was still not ready. FD staff offered room change to studio which is downgraded. When I rejected and complained for the inconvenience, FD just blamed that it is house keeping team fault, not theirs. Very funny and ridiculous. Not professional at all. Again asked me to wait another half hour to check-in. Terrible Check-in experience.

Good but no W-iFi
Pros:

Spacious room. Wonderful building with swimming pool and roof terrace. Room was not as clean as expected when we arrived, but when we complained they apologized and sent a cleaning crew right away. The reception is in a neighboring building by the way, and a little bit difficult to find. Finally, be aware that Wi-Fi is NOT included.

It was okay except that we are not informed thatcyhere are no channels and that we have to use our own thumbdrive to watch movies etc. No pots and pans and not telephone in the room. We are also mot informed that wr need to collect our keys at a different location.

Pros:

Service staff are friendly, the room are spacious, having nice view of skyline, but to go out to any of the mall will require transportation.Worth of budget And the cost is most reasonable

Real pros and cons.
Pros:

Booked the room for 2 weeks; we extended and stayed for the 4 weeks of our business trip. Echoing the other reviews, the apartment is huge. Very happy with the size for the price; comfortable bed, gym nobody uses, good AC, good pool facilities, walking distance to KLCC and metro stations nearby. Small restaurant next to the pool area -- I thought the food and price was fine, what I'd expect at such a facility. Cons: I hadn't noticed that there is NO internet or TV cable service in the description until we got there. We went and bought a $100 D-link modem and a Maxis Sim card for our laptop access, fine for g-mail but was spotty for much else. (The Maxis Sim cards worked much better for our phone's internet). Note that there is free wi-fi in the cafe on the first floor of the Summer Suites building. Not much food choice in the area. To check in and out, go to the reception at Summer Suites in the building next door; calling the contact number rarely gets an answer. Cons: no room service -- after many complaints they did come and do a thorough job 12 days into our visit, but that was it (they had said it would be once a week). We used the washer/dryer for towels and clothes - had to download the instruction for that and the stove-top from an internet search. Kitchen is not well stocked for supplies, but we made do. Happy with size and pool for the price, but lack of internet and service might be a deal breaker next time.

FRASER RESIDENCE BUT AT A CHEAPER PRICE
Pros:

the fact that this is fraser residence and just managed under 188 suites with a cheaper price is a bonus for me.
the only set back is that the two bedroom have no balcony.
other than that its a very nice room. simple tips from me: call the property first before checking in to avoid delay checking in

Pros:

Checking in and out is a problem. Had to contact the property multiple times on phone just to check in as no one pick up. During check out, the contact given was off. Wasted more than an hour trying to contact them.

Comfy room w/o service
Pros:

Located at same building as Fraser Residence, if you are traveling via their local transport. Personal check in is troublesome. SIM card purchased just to make that check in call. Appreciate Mr Beshr for fast respond to my call. Room is spacious than any 5 star hotel, with city view. Simple and neat layout of furniture. Housekeeping needs to work harder. There was urine stain on the toilet seat, hair on the floor, sink and bathtub, tiny bits of tissue paper on the floor, spider web under the bedside lamp. No makeup of room even though requested, hence rubbish was left in the room throughout the 4 days stayed. Had to use the same towel throughout the stay. Do bring your own toiletries. I had to run to the convenience store to get mine. No TV channels and wifi available, in house movies difficult to tune to. Perhaps simple instructions can be printed. Was told will be charged at mgmt own rate if I extend my stay, even though better deal was offered online. Felt threaten at that instant. Worried unable to get back deposit for any excuse made up, check out immediately early next morning.
