Overall, the hotel was clean, but the mini fridge wasn’t properly cleaned, and the extra bed cover in the closet didn’t look very fresh.

On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Berat; congratulations on Galatasaray’s win.

Good amenities for the price. Staff was friendly and kind and spoke English which was very convenient. Clean bed sheets and linens. Nice extra perks such as free coffee and hot chocolate machine, as well as rosehip tea made daily, with a nice veranda to sit in. There was also a kitchen on the premises and family room for the kids to play and hang out in.

staff was nice and helpful. property smells very bad, no elevator and stairs are vey hard to climb with insufficient light, bedroom so small hard to move around in It's unable. to handle our two suit cases easily. surrounding. are very tight streets ,uneven roads very dangerous to walk safely, with cars driving fast around us,
place no good for older people with mobility issues.

It was excellent.

I had a great time in Istanbul, the hotel was located really close to the Sultanahmet T1 station and that was helpful.
But the best part of our staying there was the staff, specially Berat, he went the extra mile every time we needed anything, guidance, help, comments or suggestions, thank you Berat!!!

Its good for group but not for family

The Hôtel is very good place ,bute the local isnot attractif because is behind everything and so hard to access.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was unbelievably bad. The room was filthy when we arrived – dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a disgusting smell of mold and dampness. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with hair in the sink and mold in the shower.

The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked for assistance, they either ignored us or gave vague excuses. The walls were paper thin – we could hear every word from the neighboring rooms.

Breakfast was a complete joke: cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Nothing like the photos they advertise online. This place is a scam.

I would NEVER stay here again and strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. Spend your money on literally any other hotel – it can’t be worse than this one.

The location is wonderful very close to the sea and most of touristic places, the staff was fabulous and very friendly.

Property is okay

It was a very neat and clean place with a great location, accessible to the popular areas, bus and treme. It was only 4-5 minutes walk to the water and you can see the sunrise every morning. The staff are very polite and nice! I followed their recommendations and I was not disappointed at all. 100% recommended if you want to have a budget friendly experience with great service.

Definitely would stay here again. The staff were super easy going and were very patient with us. One thing to note is that they personally don’t offer free breakfast, but their sister hotel does. They are also located in near everything which was super convenient for us because we walked literally everywhere .
