Gut, nur kleine Abstriche! Gerne wieder, aber eher im Winter.😊
Pros:

Lage ist Hervorragend. Upgrade bekommen.

Cons:

Umgang mit Reklamation und Gebäude upkeep. Upgradezimmer war sehr schön (Penthouse suite). Wenn ich Geld hierfür bezahlt hätte, wären es viele kleine Mängel zu beanstanden: Keine Klimaanlage. Bedienknöpfe der Badewanne funktionierten nicht. Haupttzimmer konnte nicht vollständig abgedunkelt werden ( Gardinen zu kurz) bei defekten Jalousien (Nach Meldung wurde nur auf Gardinen hingewiesen), Licht im Kleiderschrank ging nicht aus (Lichtquelle nachts! Konnte aber nach Meldung behoben werden.) Batterien mehrerer Fernbedienungen z.B Hauptschlafzimmer sollten gewechselt werden. Rauchen im Gebäude (Balkon) machte es teilweise unmöglich im Wohnzimmer zu lüften bei fehlender Klimaanlage.
Aber insgesamt gut!

Incredible, luxury, beautiful and comfortable stay
Pros:

I was staying at the Panorama grand suite premium apartment and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The place was extremely modern, clean, relaxing and the view was absolutely insane. Bed was comfortable, balcony was fun to relax in after a long day.

Cons:

Navigating the shower was a bit tricky but I managed at the end and had a relaxing time. The internet sometimes buffered so it affected the use of the tv if I wanted to access YouTube, etc. Everything else was perfect and it’s genuinely hard to find any negatives.

Pros:

Very modern and spacious. Beautiful view and cold even during the hot weather.

Cons:

We discovered ants during our stay, closed the window yet they kept reappearing in the kitchen and we were unable to get rid of them. We assume that there is a problem with the window, but we aren't sure of that. There was also a silverfish in the bedroom which wasn't that pleasant.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Das Apartment ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Der Checkin war einfach und kontaktlos möglich.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig. Im Apartment nebenan wurde bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert und Geräusche wie Musik, lautes schreien und Türenknallen hielten mich wach. Ein paarmal hat sogar die Wand hinter dem Bett gewackelt. An Erholung und Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Die Unterkunft bot mir im Nachgang eine Teilrückerstattung, die allerdings nie ankam. Schade! Wenn man Glück hat und die Nachbarn leise sind, tolle Unterkunft, sonst eher nicht zu empfehlen.
