Spacious, modern & very clean room with 2 King beds, with an awesome front desk making our stay an A+!
Pros:

Front Desk was amazing. She was exceptionally accommodating to our situation. Room was large, great closet space. Two king beds for a great price.

Cons:

The breakfast did Not offer enough variety, was fairly bland. Too Stout coffee.

They charged my card to verify card was valid when I booked then they charged it again when I checked in for incidentals. When I questioned front desk, he said read fine print. It will be released when I check out. The charge for the room has gone through but still holding $200 on my credit card. Ridiculous. The guy at front desk was rude. The floor in the room was so slick with some kind of cleaner, almost slipped and fell numerous times. Only thing good was location. Multiple places to stay in Lubbock. Will pick a different place next time.

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

Bed bugs , I told the front desk when we checked out that there was a bedbug on my bed. We even showed them the bug. We had to put all our stuff in trash bags so that we could not contaminate the car or contaminate our home once we arrive home. I called numerous times to the manager and she has yet to call me back. I would like a refund for my room.

Hotel didn’t smell like a hotel, smelled like home.
Pros:

The room smelled good. Elevator’s always stink in hotels. This one was surprisingly very pleasant. It smelled good. I was surprised.
