Elegant contemporary Chilean style and comfort. The bed was sublime heaven which provided and good respite for exploring this island of Chiloe.

El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones muy lindas, calefaccionada y amplias. El hotel tambien tiene una cafetería con gran variedad de te/cafe y excelentes dulces y postres.
Y lo que realmente destaca del hotel es la hospitalidad, amabilidad y servicio de todos los que trabajan ahí (en especial Cristian).

El hotel, la ubicacion, la decoracion, los amenities, el servicio, todo excepcional. Superó con creces las expectativas. Solo lamentando haber estado solo 1 noche.
La suite que nos tocó, tenía acogedor living, 2 terrazas, sauna en el baño. Desayuno muy completo. Y gran amabilidad de su dueño.

Maravilloso!!!. Nos Encantó !!! Yerko su señora y Cristian nos atendieron de maravilla. Las habitaciones son grandes, impecables con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estupenda estadía. El baño de lujo, el desayuno abundante, exquisito, por la noche nos ofrecieron sandwiches, cena para mi hijo, etc. todo riquísimo. De Primer Nivel.
Por último nos ayudaron a realizar un itinerario para conocer los principales lugares de interés de Chiloé, con mapa y todo. Seguimos al pie de la letra sus sugerencias y nos fuimos ENCANTADOS, de la isla y de Refugio de Navegantes. Totalmente recomendado. Esperamos volver en nuestras próximas vacaciones!!!. The owners of this family run hotel take a personal interest in everything which happens to each of their guests. They could not have been more considerate and thoughtful in ensuring that our stay was a happy and productive one. The rooms are exceptional in quality, cleanliness and amenity. The common parts are comfortable and well equipped. The food is largely local, organic and demonstrates great attention to detail. The dining room has a delightful view towards the waterfront, the straits and Quinchao island. The elegant Iglesia San Martin is next to the Hotel. There is off street parking. The owners speak good English. An exceptional hotel, head and shoulders above the competition in Dalcahue.

This is a great boutique hotel. The host was very welcoming and upgraded us to a suite which was spacious, luxurious, comfortable and perfect for our two night stay. We had laundry as we were in the 4th week of a 5 week tour of Chile and asked for it to be done. He would not let us pay for this service and the same when we discovered a flat tyre on our rental car. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Food is fabulous and again lots of lovely extras included.

Sited in the charming town of Delcahue, not far from the larger city of Castro, Hotel Boutique Refugio de Navegantes offers elegant, inviting and modern rooms in an historic, typical Chiloe building. The inn is attached to a lovely bistro/coffee house -- called a cafeteria in Chile -- with hearty breakfasts included.

The restaurant menu is prepared lovingly and flavor fully by a skilled pastry chef and cook. Visitors should be warned that the baked goods are irresistible. Paulina, the warm and helpful manager, was kind enough to translate a favorite recipe for us to carry home.

The entire staff delivers friendly and able service. We recommend this without qualification.
