Ramada by Wyndham Grassland

I found bed bugs in my bed when I woke up! It was horrendous and disgusting. My back is full of bites. Nasty! This is a public safety concern and that's why I feel I should say something publicly, to make sure no one else has to go through this!

Everything was good

Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast ok,sheets clean, especially price affordable.

The staff was amazing, always quick to respond to request. Room clean and breakfast was better than expected. Will stay again!

Room was not properly cleaned once in 14 day stay. Sheets were not changed. when house keeping did come in, pillows were left on floor. After asking for new pillows, was told there weren’t any available. Hotel seemed very understaffed.

Internet not tge best

Room and bathroom very clean, bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was 5/10 based on other experiences elsewhere.

Bed was ok, carpet had burn marks in it even though fairly new it was well worn from workers. It feel like a work camp.

The rooms were small but nice and clean. The breakfast was okay but it could have been better. I would stay here again if needed.

The onky issue was the wi-fi it kept going off and on constantly had to connect phone and computer

It’s maybe a small thing to some but it was a big thing for us; there were no straws.

The beds were comfortable and room was clean. There is a lot of light in the rooms due to the tvs having some sort of backlighting that is on even when the tv is turned off. I’d stay here again, but would make a plan to deal with the light and bring our own straws.

The room had appliances though we only used the fridge. It didn’t freeze our food so was better than the average hotel fridge. Overall happy with our stay aside from the bright room that woke me up in the night and lack of straws.

Friendly staff and a wonderful room! Will definitely be back!

Nice hotel especially considering its in a very small town , the Esso resteraunt and the elderado are good, walking distance elderado has a lounge as well,

The breakfast was terrible. Waffle maker burnt one side of waffle every time, the hash browns were hard as a rock and nothing fresh.
The bath was impossible to adjust temperature, only hot water would come out of the tap and it poured slower than cold molasses.
The rooms and property were clean and updated which was great, but probably would never stay there again.

Comfortable beds, quiet. Breakfast was ok, I have had better

I needed to stop at this hotel from Fort McMurray to Edmonton because I was too exhausted to drive in the dark. It is a nice hotel and a great place to stay.

Great stay

The water pressure wasn’t great, barely trickling. Water was not hot.
