This hotel served the purpose. We got a restful night sleep. No breakfast.
Pros:

Location. It was decorated cute. Clean. Staff very helpful and friendly at the location.

Cons:

Small parking spots and a little pricey for what/where it was.

The location was good. Made travel on the road easier

Cons:

When we walked into the office, there was a strong "perfume" type smell. Took my breath away when I walked in. Then our room had a similar smell. Maybe they were using 'Scented' cleaners. Smelled cheap and not a good smell. And, the floor was 'sticky'. Like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop.

Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful, but the noise level makes it hard to recommend this hotel unless you have to
Pros:

Close to the interstate. We stayed here on our trip to and from Badlands/Mount Rushmore/Yellowstone.

Cons:

Very noisy on our first night. People arriving at 3:40 AM decided to hold load conversation outside our room while smoking outside. Also noise from traffic on the interstate.

Did not get a basic necessity for a overnight lodging: No water in the sink or bath tub or shower.
Pros:

Location, that’s all.

Cons:

The bathtub and shower had no water. There was a trickle in the tub spigot, not enough to draw a bath. And the diverter valve was totally ineffective at lifting a stream of water to the shower head. With great difficulty, I could get a stream of water out of the shower head. But this was very infrequent. However, that was worse than useless, because o could only get water out of the shower head if it was scalding hot — that is, by turning the cold water COMPLETELY.

This was a disaster.

The situation was compounded by the fact that the desk manager did not have the authority tomgupive a discount or some other form of satisfaction (this was NOT his fault). There was no one on the premises who could decide what to do for me. He contacted the manager off premises, who said they were coming over. I had to leave, and left my name and number for the manager to call. I heard nothing at all.

Very disappointed. A shower was one of the two things I needed from that stay — the other being a bed. I got the one but not the other. And no apology or compensation or offer at all.

Dont let the outside fool you-its nice
Pros:

The room was clean and nicely lit, bed was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and coffee.

Good enough but not great.

Location worked well
Price was nice

Cons:

The photos online were deceiving. There wasn’t really a lobby. The photos showed a popcorn maker and place to sit down and there wasn’t anything like that. The bathroom was too tiny. It worked for the night but wouldn’t stay there again.
