Pros:

Great location, amazing staff, fully equipped rooms with a complimentary minibar. Nice rooftop for breakfast or evening drinks.

Cons:

The only thing is if you have a lot of luggage there isn’t a lot of space in the room to store it but everything else was great.

Wonderful hotel with attentive service
Pros:

The room was spacious and quiet with generous daily water, and welcome wine & beer included. Service was incredibly thoughtful and left a little gift each day, including a lens cleaner for my glasses and luxury soap from a local brand. The complimentary breakfast served on the roof was outstanding with a beautiful view of the city. Overall this felt like a relaxing home away from home and the location was very convent to walk Barrio Alto, Chiado, Principe Real, and Alfama.

Cons:

The only downside is that the mattress was quite firm. I was so tired from walking I still slept very well!

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit stilvollen und komfortablen Zimmern. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die ausserordentliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden – insbesondere am Empfang wurden wir herzlich empfangen und hervorragend betreut.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft das Frühstück: Es war in Ordnung, entspricht jedoch nicht ganz dem hohen Niveau und Standard des ansonsten ausgezeichneten Hotels. Hier sehen wir noch Potenzial. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
