很美的房間，特別喜歡松木板和不鏽鋼的設計，洗浴產品都是kose的系列，頂樓看的到晴空塔跟夕陽，服務人員很友善
訂的時候就知道很小，但真的有點太小了，想打開行李就要有在房間跳著走的覺悟

24時間のドリンクバーと美味しいパンが頂けるのはとてもありがたかったです。シャンプーなど、きしまずしっとりとしていて、使いやすかったです。
コンビニや飲食店、ソラマチも近いので観光には良かったです。
スタッフの方も丁寧で、優しかったです。
部屋の扉の開閉が重くて少し大変なのと、音が響くのが気になりました。
ロビーのパンなど夜中も取りに行けますが、館内着でいいのか、私服でいいのか分からず、私服で行きましたが、そこら辺の詳しい案内が欲しかったです。
部屋の中のコンセントの動線や戸棚の開け閉めが少ししずらかったかな？

Nous avons pris la suite atelier pour 4, elle était parfaite : spacieuse et avec une très belle vue sur la Skytree tower.
Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour trois nuits : une chambre Lits Jumeaux de Luxe pour deux personnes et une chambre Semi-Double Supérieure pour une personne.
La chambre Semi-Double peut accueillir deux personnes, mais nous avions peur qu’elle soit un peu petite. Effectivement, elle n’est pas très spacieuse, mais elle est largement confortable pour une personne. À deux, cela reste tout à fait possible, même si la circulation peut devenir plus compliquée lorsque les valises sont ouvertes.
Nous étions donc ravis d’avoir choisi la chambre Lits Jumeaux de Luxe pour deux personnes. Elle était très spacieuse, parfaitement conforme aux photos et bien équipée.
L’hôtel est annoncé sans petit-déjeuner, mais de petits pains sucrés et salés ainsi que des boissons fraîches sont mis gratuitement à disposition à l’accueil, à toute heure. Pour nous, cela a largement suffi comme petit-déjeuner et nous n’avons pas cherché autre chose. Certains clients apportaient également de quoi manger de l’extérieur et s’installaient sur place pour compléter leur repas. Toutes ces petites choses à grignoter sont vraiment très appréciables.
L’hôtel est silencieux et se trouve dans un quartier calme, tout en restant proche des lieux touristiques de Tokyo. La Tokyo Skytree est accessible en quelques minutes à pied et il y a un bon choix de restaurants aux alentours. Le rooftop est également très agréable.
