Pros:

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, подскажут и помогут в любой ситуации. Удобное месторасположение отеля. Убиралась по запросу, даже если не просили убираться чистые полотенца оставляли в пакете у двери. На первом этаже можно бесплатно попить чай с закусками.

A proximité de la Skytree Tower, hôtel moderne et accueillant avec son espace lobby. Chambre petite mais confortable.

L’espace lobby, la chambre King Size, le café et les snacks et la lecture dans le lobby

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas du salé au petit déjeuner (fromage, jambon, œufs). La chambre standard est fort petite. On avait deux chambres différentes les deux nuits et on a dû Check out et re check in.

Helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped me with my luggage queries and ordering a taxi. They made my next transfer run smoothly! I always return here based on the service provided.

Pillows werent comfortable. My room was quite small this time
