L'emplacement, le personnel et le petit plus, en cas à volonté tout au long de la journée !
Rien du tout.
Great location, the room was larger than expected (ample space for a solo traveller), and the view of the Skytree delivered. The lobby was homely, counter staff were patient, good taste of records playing and games were available to be played. The free coffee was really good. There was an impressive selection of bread that was delicious, fresh, and frequently replenished. A very cozy and hospitable stay overall.
The sensor to activate the toilet’s privacy sound was located near the entrance of the toilet, so it got activated whenever I went in, even if I wasn’t going to use it (e.g. to shower). I had to hang a towel over it to block any movement from activating it unnecessarily.
The staff didn’t make the bed after room cleaning. All they did was take out the trash.
Kindness of the staff. They helped us with our bags that arrived later. One worker in particular helped us a lot with an incident. The truth is that they were always super available!

The hotel room was exactly as described, very nice.
We would have loved a better location after stayin a few days in Ginza but the hotel is 3 minutes walking from the metro station so still very good location.
Great location and nice pastries in the morning and all day! Staff was great!
Room was small but to be expected. Nice they offered beer and wine for 500 yen in the lobby but the wine pour was tiny
