Pros:

子供用のパジャマやアメニティが豊富。お部屋も広くてゆっくり過ごせました。お風呂上がりのアイスは子供たちもとても喜んでいました。フロントの方もとても親切でした。大浴場もきれいで気持ち良かったです。

朝風呂のときは化粧水や乳液がなかったです。

不満な点もありましたが、それでも立地など含めとても助かっていますのでまた泊まりたいと思います。
Pros:

鵜方駅からゆっくり歩いても15分前後で到着します。
また、朝夜と送迎もあったりと助かりました。特に平日は朝食付きでもかなりリーズナブルに宿泊できるので良かったです。

Cons:

設備についてフロントスタッフ（研修中の方）に尋ねたところ冷たく対応されたのが残念でした。その方以外は丁寧にご対応頂きました。
ホームページに書いてあったことと相違もあったので、更新していただきたいです。

夕食無しで良ければ大変良いホテルです。
Pros:

部屋に浴槽（かなり大きな）があり、大浴場も完備されていてとてもくつろげました。朝食バイキングも品数が多く美味しかった。

Cons:

夕食が予約制だったので、飲食店を探すのに苦労したこと。ホテルで夕食を食べる場合は事前（10日前）に予約が必要です。
