ハイシーズンなのは致し方ないが料金に見合ってないと感じた

スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

朝食の事前予定のボードに後から団体ご一行記入があり、
それを知らない私達はゆっくり食事が取れなかった。
それを知っていれば、時間帯をずらしたのに、、、
事前に教えて欲しかった。

宿泊するには満足なホテルです。
Pros:

フロントのスタッフの方の丁寧な説明など良かったです。またエレベーターも３基有り、階の移動もスムーズでした。

Cons:

コンビニが少し遠いですが、これは仕方ないです。あと、朝食のデザートバイキングのプリンが私の舌には合いませんでした。個人的な意見です。アメニティのシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープの表記が見にくいかな。

スタッフさん達もすごく良かったし大浴場も綺麗！
お風呂上がりの無料アイスも子供達が喜んでました！

Cons:

泊まった時は外が寒すぎたので大浴場で温まりたかったが温度がちょっと緩かったかな
