Pros:

Worst breakfast buffet!!! A staff was seving the buffet and they only give out 1 scoop of food, only got 1 piece of have a chicken wings. I asked for another piece theys said that " they are managing serving the chicken wings" first time i ever heard that on a buffet, observed all 8 staffs standing behind the counter playing with there cellphones. My wife complain about the food i overheard one of the staff talking with their native language by his expression and demeanor he was being sarcastic because all the staff started laughing. Cats and chicken were walking all over the restaurant. Our room there were cats feces on the shower, aircons not working, no toilet seats!!! The only nice person i like was the security guard. First time ive been back to Philippines for 31 years and we pick this place for our first family vacation because its on my parent's hometown. Were so disappointed! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Pros:

Clean,, friendly staff, that’s it, small rooms not as pictured, no water pressure had to fill a bucket to shower, no WiFi , no drinks or refrigerator, no beach as they say,, out of the way hard to find, they charge a high price and there’s nothing that warrants paying the price

Pros:

+ Natural environment; beautiful animals roam free-range;
+ Spacious eating and bar area;
+ Friendly and helpful staff (appreciation to Lee, Adrian, Prince, Jerry, Jayson, Stefany, Freya and anyone else we've missed); excellent quality of food.

- No fridge/mini-bar/kettle/phone/wifi in kobo room despite the price paid;
- Cramped bedroom area and small bathroom;
- Suitable for couple who are OK with basic sleeping conditions. Did at least have air-con;
- Photos of room did not correspond with reality.

Pros:

THE RESORT IS FAR FROM THE BEACH . THE POOLS ARE ALRIGHT . THE MINIMUM OF 30 PEOPLE BEFORE THE OPERATION OF THE WAVE MAYBE TOO MUCH.

THE ROOM (KUBO) GIVEN IS NOT SENIOR CITIZEN FRIENDLY AND DO NOT HAVE GOOD VIEWS AND CLEANLINESS FOR LONGER STAYS.

HOWEVER, I WOULD COMMEND THE FRIENDLINESS AND GOOD SERVICE OF THE STAFF.
