Cons:

Check in om 15u. Ik heb pas een kamer gekregen om 16:30. Kom ik in de kamer en is er geen airco.

Receptionist medewerkers zijn heel bot!!

Pros:

Location is good, the AC in the room was the most silent I ever had in a hotel room! And worked well even during the night! (Normally I have to turn it off, as the loud ventilator is too disturbing to sleep)

Cons:

No toilet paper in the room! We went directly down to reception to ask to stock up, and the Lady promised to contact Housekeeping. After waiting for 15 minutes I went again, and the Lady told me that she will call Housekeeping again (it was Saturday afternoon, so they could have not been busy too much with making up other rooms). After waiting for 40 Minutes we „borrowed“ a roll from the hotel restaurant (we told the lady) and went to town. Even after our return 3 hours later, nobody ever came with supply.

Pros:

We stayed in studio. It had nice kitchen with little sink, fridge, microvawe, boiling can, coffee machine and tasty coffee and tea...lots of drawer space. Too big closet space, nice air condition, nice kits, nice walk shower. Too nice balcony for hang out and you can hang out in the lobby as well. Gym for free too. Helpful receptionists. Very glad, it's dog friendly too.

Pros:

Location: close to the old city center.

Cons:

Poor service: room was not cleaned during our 5-night stay. The room was tiny, not enough for 2 persons. The entrance to the hotel from the 2nd European floor with often not working lift and an escalator not working front the 1st to the 2nd flight. Taxis take ParkInn Radisson for Radisson Blue next door. Why two radissons next to each other?

I rented a room with air condition but it was not working, it was very hot, I had bad experience. I claimed and then they promised me to refund me and they did so, but you guys failed to send me the refunded money
