Perfect location, very comfortable huge bed, clean room! I would give it a 5 stars but check out was a bit a hassle. Waited half hour to check out.

Internet was down for 1 day and it came back on the following day. Clean room but staff forgot to replenish the toilet paper. I had to purchase toilet tissue.

OMG! My stay in this place is Amazing!! It is very spacious! Clean, No smell at all which I like! the view!!! it is Incredible!!!! amenities in this place is awesome too! pool, gym sauna and my favorite! it is like 1.5 minutes away from the entrance of the The Venice Piazza!! the location is superb! i cant say less! I will come back and buy this place. oops! sorry rent it again.

Staying at Venice Canal Residences
Pros:

It was great and great location for entertainment, food. There were laundry services in the mail or just outside but none in the unit. The view was really good from this unit. Wish I could have stayed longer.

There was one issue that the sink had an order for a couple of days coming up from drain. I alerted management but it was gone so it was random.

My fiancé, mother, and her husband had an amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again! Condo was clean, housekeeping took care of us during our stay, and the views of the city were memorable!! The sunrise and sunsets from the mountains and lake were beautiful! Everything you need is literally a short walk from the condo. Can’t wait to book again! Wyatt and Kevin

Pros:

Nice spacious room with beautiful view.
Hot water could have been a little hotter for my liking and Refrigerator could have been at least 3/4 rather than micro. Otherwise a very nice and clean property in a beautiful area of Manila.

Great Place to stay in PI
Pros:

Room is big and great view. The building we were in was right next to the Mall. It made it so convenience to shop and dine. The pool area was nice to hang out after a long day of exploring. The staff down stairs were all nice and welcoming. This place is reasonable for the price and having the Mall there made our stay pleasant.

Direction or location of property not easy to find, no signs.
Location is fine, close to shops.

Check-in was painful. Trying to find the right entrance, staff didn't know I was checking in and had to call a manager. Waited for her to show up and bring me a key. The room was nice, the surrounding area had anything you would need. The Venice Mall is right next door, has a lot of shopping, food options, and a movie theater.

It was very central, it needs to be specified which tower is your room is.it says carusa tower but it was actually in tower Emanuel.

The unit smells like sewer because the sink did not properly drained. It smelled terrible the second day of our stay. Overall, we liked the unit but with this exception.
