The staff is terrible. Charged two days garage while only staying one day. Promised to send a corrected invoice never did, and zero response when being called about this. Totally unprofessional, too young, zero interested lazy staff.

Perfect location especially if you're heading to BEC due to tram station location
Pros:

Great location, and quality air conditioning (which was needed as we were in the middle of a heatwave). Small room but very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like. Room could have been a little bigger but nothing wrong with it either.
