Pros:

Beach front and has a nice spa area. Amazing breakfast lots of gluten free options

Cons:

The four bedroom is unreasonable. They pull a bunk bed out the wall above the master bed . Way too cramped!

Wellness Bereich lieblose und gruselig!

Das Frühstück findet im Hotel nebenan statt.
Sehr großes gutes teures Hotel und das Buffet.
10 Sterne. Absolut hervorragend.

Cons:

Zum Glück nur zwei Nächte gebucht.
Zimmer OK, Bett ok , sauber. ...
aber der Geruch aus den Rohren!
Sobald das Badezimmer aufgeht strömt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus der Kanalisation. Waschbecken, Toilette und Abflüsse. Ekelhaft.
Das Licht und die Lüftung war auch defekt. Das Zimmer hätte ich so nicht an Gäste gegeben.

Der Wellness Bereich. Schrecklich. Auch wenn gratis nutzbar.
Die Holz Sauna wurde zwei Tage hintereinander erst nach bitten an der Rezeption angeschaltet.
Im Dampfbad ein unangenehmer Ammoniak Geruch.
Der Whirlpool gruselig aber mit schöner Aussicht minimal zum Meer.
Ein kaputtes Sofa an die Ecke geleht. Bitte schafft das eklige Ding mal in den Müll.
Sonst keine Dusche.
Nur eine Nebel Dusche mit 3 Modus. Dusche fehlt!
Und genauso wie Sitzmöglichkeiten. Kein Stuhl oder etwas zum Sitzen.
So eine Lieblosigkeit! Mal ein Pflanze in die Ecke oder auch im Outdoor Bereich nichts schönes. Einfach nur lieblose und traurig und auch gruselig .
Unbedingt Verbesserungswürdig! 1 Stern für Wellness

Die Arme Rezeption. Es piept den ganzen Tag, sehr laut.
Das Personal kann einen nur leid tun.
Sehr junges Personal am Abend , denke Aushilfen..Etwas genervt und lustlos.
Aber es war jemand da. Ende der Session.

wir waren am letzten öffnungstag des jahres da & dementsprechend war nicht mehr alles 100ig verfügbar. (poolbar, gastro im hotel)
es war allerdings ansonsten alles top.wir hatten schon wesentlich grössere zimmer mit‘ weniger platz‘
1. reihe mit meerblick ist natürlich auch sehr nett. pool top. sowieso alles top in schuss & mehr oder weniger neu. das frühstück im marina palace nebenan auch sehr gut in schönem ambiente. parkplatz zu fuss in 1 minut erreichbar. in der super altstadt ist man zu fuss in ca 10 min.
alles bestens, wir kommen wieder.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross mit Blick auf den Pool,das Frühstück war Hammer ,alles da sogar täglich frisches Obst und Vollkornbrot oder Brötchen! Der Strand von Caorle ist sowieso ein Traum! Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub!

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich unbedingt das Personal unseres Hotels: Die Dame an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich, süß und hilfsbereit – einfach großartig! Auch der Herr war sehr sympathisch und bemüht. Hier gibt es von mir volle Punkte.

Insgesamt: Hotelanlage und Organisation enttäuschend, aber das Personal war wirklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Wir waren drei Tage in diesem Hotel und leider insgesamt sehr unzufrieden.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Nachbarhotel verbunden, sodass wir zum Frühstücken jedes Mal in das andere Hotel gehen mussten. Für mich war das eine Enttäuschung, da ich mir dann auch gleich direkt dort ein Zimmer hätte buchen können.

Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt: Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Mein Auto stand ziemlich weit entfernt, und ich hatte keine Garantie, dass mein Platz frei bleibt. Andere Parkmöglichkeiten waren nicht erlaubt.

Die Bar, die zum Serena Hotel gehört, war leer, langweilig und überhaupt nicht einladend.
Außerdem wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass man nach 23 Uhr nur noch mit der Hotelkarte ins Gebäude kommt. Als wir einmal nach Mitternacht zurückkamen, mussten wir im Nachbarhotel nachfragen. Dort wurden wir unfreundlich behandelt und lediglich zum Hintereingang geschickt, der nicht am Haupteingang lag, sondern hinter dem Hotel.

Das Meer war schmutzig und alles andere als einladend. Da zudem der Pool völlig überfüllt war, konnten wir auch dort nicht schwimmen.

Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung – ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
