Pros:

We felt it was abit dated. I believe they should extend the checkout to Noon, since they dont allow check-in until 4 pm.

Have some regret for the amount of money I paid. Accomodations were lacking.

Dryer did not work, A/C did not cool down upstairs especially. Saw cockroaches.

We enjoyed ourselves but nobody in our party slept well on the beds

Units are old and need updating
Pros:

Location when arrived at 3:40 told we could not get keys until 4. Went to get something to eat went back at 5:10 office closed but gave us keys anyway got to unit at 5:15 placed smelled like cigarette smoke called office immediately left message. Never got a call back. Stayed 2 nights when checking out person at desk said sorry will have maintenance put machine in to late for our stay. Office should follow up on voice mails communication

Perfection at its finest
Pros:

The villa was beautiful and clean. The deer coming so close was simply amazing.

Cons:

It rained a little on my last day. But that isnt the property's fault. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Overall this was a very disappointing stay.
Pros:

The grounds and rec center were fine.

Cons:

Our villa was rundown and desperately in need of renovations and repairs. The furniture and bed were uncomfortable. We had a false smoke alarm go off twice our first night in the villa. Although the property fixed the smoke alarm they never responded to us about a request to shorten our stay nor provide another more adequate accommodation.

Nice villas
Pros:

The villa was very nice. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Outstanding whirlpool tub.

Cons:

I requested a first floor room and we were put on the second floor, even though we were the only ones in the ten unit building. When I said something to the check in staff, they just said,"that's where they put you". Seems they could have done something.

Amazing, peaceful, and spacious
Pros:

It was like a cabin in the woods. Personal jacuzzi, sauna, washer and dryer in the unit, fireplace, dishes, utensils, multiple sleeping areas, and many large windows. Beautiful forestry surrounding and the wildlife was plentiful, but not intrusive

Cons:

In the king bedroom, the TV was roughly the size of an iPad. It's OK because we were hardly there. The mattresses were basic, pretty stiff and springy. Note: these are not complaints, just facts. Be prepared for big hills just to get to your villa from your car. A bit difficult to load and unload luggage. Again, not an issue, it just may be difficult for older or handicapped folks.

Outdated, but clean, comfortable, and great location.
Pros:

The location was very convenient--close to both resorts, restaurants. Room itself was very clean, kitchen supplied with anything necessary.

Cons:

The drive to get to the villa is steep, curvy, with potholes. Tricky to find the right villa. Narrow stairs to get to room. Tiny shower. Bring your own shampoo.
