Большой плюс отеля это ванна. В Турции не часто бывает ванна в номерах. В целом есть все необходимое. Вид из окон, которые не на бассейн нам очень понравился.

Cons:

Очереди везде, особенно в столовой. Лежаки стоят постоянно занятые, даже если ими не пользуются, поэтому очень сложно найти свободный лежак у бассейна. Лифт, очень медленная регистрация. Кровати с пружинами.

Çok kalabalık ve malesef çok pis.Koca otelde 2 tane küçük asansör var ama biri hep bozuktu 3. kata her gün defalarca yürüyerek çıkıp indik.Lobide klima yok hamam gibi yerde millet oturmaya çalışıyor.Personel yetersiz ve çok acemi.Yemekler çok yetersiz hep aynı yemekler.İçecek almak nerdeyse imkansız barda bir personel onlarca kişiye içecek vermeye çalışıyor.Bir kola için dakikalarca sırada beklemek zorundasınız.Odalar çok pis banyodaki küvet kapkara kirli.Temiz diye koydukları havlular leş gibi lekeli ve kararmış.Kesinlikle o havluları kullanmayın! Bazı garsonlar işlerini yapacağına turist ayarlama peşindeler !! Animasyon çok yetersiz müzikler hep aynı.Sahili çok kötü yerler hep taş sanki inşaat yerinden denize giriyorsunuz. Bir daha kesinlikle bu otele GİTMEM !!!!

Pros:

Je vous conseille pas cet hôtel. Il est insalubre, la clientéle ne respect pas la propreté. Ménage fait pas les femmes de ménage tous les deux jours. Pas de wifi gratuite comme précisé dans le descriptif. Il faut payer pour l'avoir. Le personnel ést dépassé, ils n'ont aucunes autoritaires sur la clientéles qui salissent l hotel. Trop de bruit dans le restaurant. Pas assez de couvert pour toute la clientele.
La piscine à eviter car elle est n'est pas nettoyer. Le fond est sombre. Elle peut pas être nettoyer car le personnel ne peut pas le enlever les serviettes de la clentele déposée de la veille sur les transats. C est inadmissible.

Cons:

Hôtel est à rénover en entier. Mon fils a une une gastro sur le manque d hygiene.

Avoid!
Pros:

Der var ikke så meget positivt at sige om hotellet. Jeg er glad for vi ikke skulle være der i en hel uge...

Cons:

Værelserne var slidte, A/C på værelset larmede så meget vi blev nødt til at slukke den.
Restauranten var et stort kaos, der var ikke borde nok til alle gæsterne. Maden var ok men heller ikke mere end det.
At få liggestole ved poolen var umuligt.
Der var ca 100 liggestole til 300+ værelser.
Personalet var ikke til den store hjælp og slog bare over i tyrkisk for at slippe for at snakke med dig.
Vi blev ringet op kl.8 på værelset fordi de mente vi ikke havde betalt for værelset. Virkelig dårlig kundeservice.

e suis profondément déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, l’établissement est vieillot et nécessiterait d’être sérieusement rénové. La chambre, bien que faite tous les jours, restait sale, avec des traces noires partout. La plage était également très sale, loin de l’image idyllique présentée sur les photos en ligne.

Le personnel manque cruellement de supervision. Il n’y avait aucun responsable sur place pour s’assurer que tout allait bien ou pour résoudre les problèmes. À la réception, au restaurant, partout, ce n’était que des jeunes stagiaires sans expérience, rendant impossible toute véritable réclamation.

Mais le pire aspect de notre séjour a été le spa, qui était l’une des raisons principales de notre choix d’hôtel. Malgré la promesse que le spa était inclus dans le tarif et ouvert de 9h à 17h pour les clients de l’hôtel, il était en réalité impossible d’y accéder sans payer un supplément pour un “pack”. À plusieurs reprises, j’ai été prié de quitter le hammam pour des réservations, bien que l’heure d’ouverture indiquée n’était pas encore écoulée. Le gérant est même venu me demander de me laver dans une autre douche à côté, une situation embarrassante et humiliante.

Pour couronner le tout, le gérant du SPA est une personne extrêmement toxique et collante, toujours en train de courir derrière les clients pour leur vendre des packs supplémentaires. Même après avoir décliné à plusieurs reprises, il n’abandonne pas, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus désagré

Pros:

Location was ok, but it takes about 5-7 minutes to reach the sea. Food is good, stuff at the restaurant was very kind.

Cons:

Very bad stuff at reception. They never smile at you, they are cheating, the "don't see you" when you come and ask something. And they speak very bad english. It's really strange, because stuff at the restaurant is so kind and nice.
Toilets at rooms smells terrible. In general the condition of the bathrooms is very poor; broken wall tiles, broken shower, mold, etc. Many problems can be solved in 1-2 days, but no one does this.
The hotel is very large and there are only two small elevators. Each time you have to wait a long time, and then you stand in stuffy and cramped conditions. There is no ventilation in the elevator.
The hotel overall could be good, but needs better management.
