Location
Lady from reception was very kind and tried to help us as much as she could. So the staff is great (except the plumber guy). Beds were very comfy, so we slept well regardless that the hotel is placed near the road. Interior is good. There was enough light in the room. Private parking is big.
We didn't liked just bathroom. The light was weak there and we've had incident with water. We arrived right after the lunch and stayed for one night. In the room I immediately noticed that there are no water in toilet flush tank. We had to go so I just asked lady on reception to fix that till the evening. Once we got back we found that our toilet was partially destroyed. It looked like the plumber guy got mad because he couldn't fix it and smashed the toilet with a wrench, but I don't know for sure what exactly happened :) Anyway, lady from reception proposed us same room on another floor. After we moved our belongings there it's appeared that its toilet flush tank has no water too... All rooms on all floors had this issue. The lady on reception gave us plastic bucket to fill flush tank manually. It was inconvenient because water pressure was so weak and it took 10 mins and 5 buckets to fill flush tank for one time. Luckily, it turned out that the hose was long enough to fill the tank using a shower head, so we went that way every time we were visiting the toilet.
Location of the property
They did not accept our booking done through Booking.com , rather rejected / cancelled the booking and gave os 2 rooms at 5009/- each per nite. Not at all ETHICAL or PROFESSIONAL
