This is a beautiful hotel on Lake Washington. My room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was attentive.
Excellent food and drinks in the restaurant with a gorgeous view over the lake.
The location is beautiful.
The furniture inside the hotel all had stains on them and they were very dirty. The members room was closed and it’s our favorite part about the stay. The some of the front desk employees were so rude.

Hyatt Southport is a gorgeous property for business or personal travel. impeccable condition, great rooms, fantastic hotel gym, and good location for this area of Seattle. Plethora of things to do within walking distance, and the property itself is a gem.
The hotel facilities are fine not outstanding and the location is great. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant is extremely subpar. Slow and definitely understaffed-
One waiter Zach running around getting things done while a white haired waiter stood around - not hosting and not waiting just ‘existing’. If you see guests waiting for a table or your colleagues running around the least you can do is offer to help!
Definitely not a place to stay and eat if you have places to go. Hotel was definitely nicer when they had the lounge and people could get their own breakfast. Overall quantity of food at breakfast is good but quality lacking- the lounge allowed for an easy quick breakfast - and quality
