beautiful hotel with amazing views. stayed here prior to my flight out of seattle and i love the free parking, free wine/beer, and complimentary smores kit. the pool and hot tub was exactly what i needed to unwind prior to my flight
High light of the hotel is the amazing staff, their service and presence of mind helps forget minor mistakes that may happen.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and because we love Hyatt. This ended up to be an amazing retreat even though we had to work remotely while there. We had a lake view suite and WOW-the view was incredible. The proximity to a walking path was so easy to use with the short time we had there. We'll be back!
We had a great stay at the Hyatt in Renton. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the waterfront views were amazing. There was plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.
One of the fun surprises was the floating pickleball court. It was entertaining to watch throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the wings at The Dock, which were excellent.
I appreciated being able to order food and drinks from The Market by scanning the QR code in the room. It was a convenient option after a long day.
The location was great as well. There is a nice park right next door, and it is within walking distance of Topgolf, restaurants, and stores.
Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. We would definitely come back.
The food was delicious, though a bit overpriced in the bar. Banquet catering for the meeting had variety and was really good! Banquet staff were pleasant, professional and very efficient. The suite was spacious with a comfortable bed. I was disappointed that the blackout shade in the bedroom was stuck before I got there, and not fixed during my three-day stay. Nearly all staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, and all of the spaces I encountered - sleeping room, meeting spaces and restaurants - were very clean.

As Seattle residents, we love visiting this hotel because it feels like an escape even though it's only a short drive away. The lake view is so peaceful and now visiting with kids it's awesome having the Gene Coulon a short walk away with play structures for kids of all ages. The rooms are beautiful, functional and the service excellent.

They didn’t schedule us properly for our spa treatments so we didn’t end up getting them. No way to rebook before we had to leave. The whole trip was for that purpose so it was kind of a waste. No one around in the spa to interact with and get help. They do have a nice big hot tub in the pool area so that’s the only plus.

Resort fee was doubly charged. The room was not ready even after the checkin time. Accessiblity info was incorrect. Checkin staff was not customer friendly.
Jasmine at the front desk, along with several other staff members, was exceptionally professional, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. Jasmine in particular went above and beyond, including giving my disabled brother a small toy that he loved. That kindness meant a great deal to us, and she is a tremendous asset to your organization.
The only negative part of the stay was the young woman with long dark hair working the loyalty program check-in area. She was extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful, and at times almost hostile, which stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the staff.
Overall, Jasmine and the broader team made the stay a very positive one, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they showed.
Beautiful location!!! Close to airport. The room was comfortable and quiet. Good food. Great venue for wedding or ? I can't wait to go back.
I think you already know that the menu and food are not as spectacular as the hotel and amenities. Service was excellent, but the execution of the food and menu choices could use a refresh. I will be back soon for work, and if it's the same, I would probably eat somewhere else.
Beautiful hotel and location. Nice walking trail around the lake. Lots of eagles and other birds to watch. Hope to visit again with my husband.
