Overall it was okay.

Cons:

Seemed odd there was no service, plates and only two glasses in the rooms, when it holds a kitchen. Turns out it was available at an extra (expensive) cost, but given the room rates it should be included when booking apartment rooms. Also, the sofa bed was really bad to sleep on. Besides that, it was okay.

Es war direkt in Nähe Gesundbrunnen. Zudem gab es eine Klimaanlage. Es gab 2 Zimmer.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Duschvorhang und der Kühlschrank lief nicht.

Veel hotels de laatste jaren bezocht dit was een echte tegenvaller.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt gunstig nabij Berlijn Gesundbrunnen en ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

De incheck viel erg tegen een onvriendelijke dame achter de receceptie die ondermeer een keycard meegaf van een bezette kamer (onbegrijpelijk!)

personal nicht hilfsbereit, Sprachschwierigkeiten und verständnisschwierigkeiten.
mein Auto stand in der Tiefgarage und ging nicht mehr an. Daraufhin brauchte ich Hilfe. nachdem die erste Person an der Rezeption nicht verstanden hat, was ich wollte und einfach weggegangen ist konnte der andere an der Rezeption mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. nachdem ich selber jemanden gefunden habe und die mir in der Tiefgarage das Auto überbrückt haben, wollte ich mit meinem Auto rausfahren und das Tor ging nicht mehr hoch. Es war 0:30 Uhr. Das Personal an der Rezeption konnte wieder nicht helfen und meinte irgendwann einfach, Wir haben das Tor kaputt gemacht und ist mitten im Gespräch weggegangen.
Nachdem wir mindestens fünf mal zur Rezeption gegangen sind, damit das Tor irgendwie aufgemacht wird, damit wir rausfahren konnten, ist dann mal jemand mitgekommen und nach unserer Aufforderung wurde der Manager angerufen. dann ging nach über 1 Stunde das Tor hoch, und ich musste alles doppelt und dreifach zahlen.
Am nächsten Morgen stand mein Auto draußen auf den Parkplätzen und ging auch nicht mehr an. Dann haben wir jemanden gerufen, der uns überbrückt. Am Ende sollte uns jemand von der Rezeption das Tor aufmachen, damit wir so rauskommen können, da wir vorher das ticket schon bezahlt hatten, dann kam von der Rezeption nur ,,zum Glück fahren sie jetzt endlich nach Hause“,
es war sehr sehr unprofessionell

Wysoka cena nieadekwatna do jakości

Apartament duży, blisko dworca.

Cons:

Nie polecam. Mimo, że apartament jest z aneksem kuchennym i lodówką, jest nie do użytku. Aneks zawiera pełno pustych szaf i zlew. Żadnego wyposażenia, nawet łyżeczki. Jest czajnik i dwa kubki, to wszystko. Hitem jest zupełnie nie działająca lodówka. Było to zgłaszane do personelu, oczywiście żadnej reakcji, tak jest i już. Pokój, bo apartamentem ciężko to nazwać był bardzo, bardzo duszny i gorący. Klimatyzacja nie robi dosłownie nic, a pod oknami głośno. Personel nie potrafi wystawić faktury i jest bardzo niemiły, szczególnie pani w blond włosach. Cena za ten pokój jest nieadekwatna do jakości. Płaci się za czterogwiazdkowy apartament, a jakość i obsługa dwugwiazdkowego.

Bad Wifi
Pros:

I was there a few weeks ago on a short business trip. The room was decent and had an okay view of a local football pitch. The thing that really annoyed me was the Wi-Fi. It was bad quality, which went against what was mentioned online. When I raised this with the guy at reception, he was ridiculously unhelpful. In a big, modern hotel in 2026, you'd expect a good level of Wi-Fi, and this simply wasn't the case. It had a negative impact on my trip, and I would not stay here again.
