Great historic building, location was perfect our view from our room was looking out onto fields with sheep grazing so beautiful and peaceful. It was a 5 minute drive to Conwy. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable large room and bathroom. The pub was great good ambiance and food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing
Very dog friendly. Great meals. In a lovely location. Hardly any traffic noise in the bedroom although it was on a busy road
The hotel and pub were lovely. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was excellent. Situated in beautiful surroundings.
The hotel and pub is old and just needs a few improvements. We noticed that the windows and window sills were cracked and damaged and some grout work is needed in the bathrooms. However, everything else was great.
Breakfast and dinner night 1 was fab
Dinner night 2 was poor
Breakfast Brilliant , Good Location For Exploring North Wales
Piped Music Over Restaurant 😞 ! Pedantic I Know But Would Have Rather Some Classical Or Perhaps A Radio Station
Very friendly staff
Food and drink good quality with gluten free options
Room comfortable and warm
Good location with ample parking
Nothing
Its location, pretty near to where I live so a quick night away, good food and drink and meeting good people during the stay.
It’s had a fresh lick of paint inside and out and is looking fresh without the losing its old worldly charm . I’m hoping though the paint might stretch to the pet quarters where in a few places needs a freshen up but a good comfortable room was had for us and our two cockapoos who love the place
Staff were brilliant and restaurant was good nice atmosphere.
In the bathroom paint coming off ceiling.
Nice location.
Dinner was good and eggs Benedict for breakfast was lovely. Good value for money hotel.

The burger we had for evening meal was best one we've ever eaten!! And service is always 5* we love that we never have had one bad meal and we've eaten there lots 😀
Our only issue was bed was super hard
Everything was lovely, the food, the staff and especially the location! I also liked the history of the building too.
The rooms are fabulous and comfortable.
Bed was hard room was boiling even with heating off and Windows open 1 member of staff that was serving last night had an attatude on her had to change waiter she was very un Professional so she missed out on the tip all other staff was %100 bathroom was a bit grubby could do with a refurb wasn't like the photos that was shown
Large and spacious room with very comfortable bed. Quiet and dark room so slept well. Great views across farmland with sheep in the fields looking towards the mountains. Friendly staff and lovely old pub with lots of atmosphere. Good evening meal.
Breakfast a little formulaic but whole experience was great value for money.
