Beautifully clean, lovely views

The Hotel was welcoming, and the bedroom and facilities were clean and comfortable. The hotel had 4 rooms set aside for resident visitors with dogs.
They could have been more generous with tea/coffee and toast at breakfast - but the food was fine

Lovely location and facilities were great. Parking great and EV charger available too. Food and staff and views were great. Bed was comfortable and plenty of drinks available in the room.
Could do with an updated TV, only a few channels…. Would be good to have a tv that can log in to Netflix or other apps.

Bathroom and entrance to rooms looking tired & in need of update.
We were given tables for dinner that were not in the best situation - near the door on the first night, on a room with a large family group on the second night. Staff did move us immediately on the occasion when asked but we shouldn’t really have been put there on the first place.
Hôtel historique très agréable et très typique d’un pub. Personnel sympathique, belle chambre et très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner et repas.

Mooie gezellige locatie, met prachtig uitzicht op Snowdonia.
The location was beautiful, and the view from the beer garden at the back was amazing.
Handy distance from conwy centre (around 5 min drive).
The breakfast that was included in the stay had plenty of options and good sized portions.
We really enjoyed the obvious history of the Inn and that it had been kept to maintain as many older features as possible.
The majority of the staff were great, very helpful and friendly at check in, meal times and on check out. The only thing myself and my partner noticed one night and made us a feel little uncomfortable was that a couple of the younger wait on staff were a little rude and quite obviously would rather not have been there 😅
Excellent welcome and service from the Manager, Assistant Manager and their staff. Bedrooms are spacious, up to date and comfortable. Food provision (breakfast and dinner) equally high quality and the various dining areas are comfortable and spacious.
Car parking convenient, both sides of the main road. We never found any problems crossing the main road for access.
The friendly, discrete service provided differentiated this place from others for us.
Altogether a very pleasant experience to stay and eat here - stayed 2 nights.

The staff where pleasant but our stay was not worth the price.
People where allowed dogs all over the pub. We did not have pets but where made to eat at the side of a couple with a dog and also had some walk in and had their dog jump up at us whilst eating our dinner.
When we got to the room, ( room 1 )
It had air fresheners all around the room.
Room full of dust ,the chair was falling to bits, the cutlery was dirty where the tea and coffee was, the bed made me itch and sleep was appalling
The bathroom was disgusting and the tiles needed washing.
Breakfast, flies on the open food and egg benedick was bland with lacked flavour .
When checking our, did not ask how our stay was and just took the key.
I will not be staying again and would not recommend.

Was dirty, dusty and smelt, had air freshener in to mask the smell - which got on my chest making it hard to breathe
Bed itchy and uncomfortable

Tea and coffee cutlery dirty.
Food in restaurant - dogs everywhere - need to be given options where to sit.
Flies all over food.
At the end of our stay, the staff didn't ask how our stay was, took the key and said bye.
