Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, we discovered a serious safety issue: the door handle is loose and comes off completely, making it impossible to securely lock the door. This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable, as it puts guests at serious risk.
Because of this, we left immediately without staying even one night, as we did not feel safe at all. This experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standards expected from a property listed on Booking.com.

Spacieux, détient une Clim, la wifi qui fonctionne très bien et un espace balcon
Propriétaire arrangeante et sympathique
Bon emplacement en terme de proximité mais vue sur la national donc bruyant

Cons:

Manque de matériel dans la cuisine (tasse, couteau)
Manque de propreté (évier de la salle de bain et bidet bouchés, pas de cuvette sur les toilettes mais rangé dans un tiroir, environ 5 - 6 portes serviettes disponible dans la salle de bain mais seulement deux sont utilisable, fuite du ballon d'eau chaude qui vous goûte dessus dès que vous êtes sur les toilettes, lit qui s'enfonce au milieu et le cuir du lit est déchiré sur le tour, serviettes usagées dans une armoire, finitions très approximative)
Très vétuste, rapport qualité et prix très décevant

Tv non funzionante, doccia troppo piccola. Pulizia e manutenzione condominio dove è sito il residence non sufficiente.

Cons:

Trattasi di B&B. E' stato molto difficoltoso aprire il locker contenete la chiave della stanza, non solo per me ma anche per altri ospiti, nonostante i contatti con la segreteria remota. L'ingresso a piano terra dell'edificio non riporta nessuna insegna indicante il B&B. Quindi cambiare i locker e inserire insegna.

Rispetto alle foto mi aspettavo decisamente qualcosa di più carino! Abbiamo invece trovato un appartamento che già dall ingresso non prometteva bene: stanza spaziosa ma decisamente scarsa sia in pulizia che in comodità! Copripiumino vecchio e con macchie visibili, doccia sporca, scaldabagno che perdeva quindi pavimento sempre bagnato! Per fortuna era solo per una notte..!!!
