We have stayed there twice already and would return without hesitation.
Pros:

Older property but great facilities and location. Has everything you need and well maintained. Check in was super easy and the guy (owner?) super helpful. Ocean views and about a 90 second walk to the beach.

We loved the proximity to the beach, the kitchen with everything in it we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Convenient to where we needed to go, easy checkin and had everything pretty much that we needed.
Pros:

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Spacious room and great to have kitchen, lounge and dining spaces.

Cons:

No air conditioning.

Enjoyable, relaxing short stay
Pros:

Location was very good, a short walk to the beach. Our 3rd floor apartment was spacious.

Cons:

The overall apartment was clean but the fly screens in the shower and onto the verandah were really grubby. It only takes a quick wipe down to make them clean.
