I had a very disappointing experience with this place. Before booking, we were not informed about any issues with water. Only after making a non-refundable booking were we told there was no water.
This made the stay extremely uncomfortable, as water is a basic necessity and you simply cannot function without it.
What made things worse was the lack of proper communication and accountability. The only response we received was a simple apology for the inconvenience, which did not reflect the seriousness of the situation.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and poorly managed. Guests should be informed of such major issues before booking, especially when bookings are non-refundable. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.
