Clean rooms but not a great location
Pros:

The rooms are very clean.

Cons:

Location, you are a few minutes from the airport but there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel and you are about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are large but poorly designed. The bathrooms have barns doors,, the closet is in the bathroom, the only mirror is in the bathroom, and despite all the wall space there are no hooks for coats by the door.

Serviceable
Pros:

This hotel is very close to the airport and has kitchenettes with coffee in the room. Our wonderful travel agent, Jill The Travel Gal, had contacted the hotel and they had cute towel sculptures and a letter from Jill waiting for us in the room which was a super nice touch. They also let us check in early so we were able to take a refreshing nap after many hours of travel before we headed over to Mendenhall glacier. There wasn’t coffee in the lobby nor breakfast available at the hotel. It’s a 15 minute cab drive to the Mendenhall glacier visitors center, which has a nice hike to Nugget Falls. It’s a 15 minute cab ride the other way into the town of Juneau. The cab costs added up fast, so staying in town might have worked out better for US dollar-wise but all in all we had a very nice stay.

Cleanliness and the smell not like the other hotel keep it up

The check out time ,we checked in late we should have time to check out a bit late also even just 1 hour extension from the usual check out time

Pros:

The Aspen staff did not receive the Booking.com reservation but provided us with a counter reservation and did not charge us the rack rate. They were very helpful.

Cons:

We made a reservation on Booking.com and received your confirmation email. At the hotel, the front desk could not find your reservation. In order to check in, we had to create another reservation directly with the hotel. We requested a cancellation of the Booking.com reservation but was denied. We have appealed this decision through your process and are awaiting. The failure of your reservation system communicating with the hotel is not a failure on our part. We expect a reversal of the charge by Booking.com

Fantastic
Pros:

Excellent comfortable kitchen suite with a full size fridge with freezer. If you are here to fish this is your hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. Longest drive to a fishing location is 45 minutes to cowee creek.
