Pros:

The Aspen staff did not receive the Booking.com reservation but provided us with a counter reservation and did not charge us the rack rate. They were very helpful.

Cons:

We made a reservation on Booking.com and received your confirmation email. At the hotel, the front desk could not find your reservation. In order to check in, we had to create another reservation directly with the hotel. We requested a cancellation of the Booking.com reservation but was denied. We have appealed this decision through your process and are awaiting. The failure of your reservation system communicating with the hotel is not a failure on our part. We expect a reversal of the charge by Booking.com

Staying at this hotel, I felt safe and there is plenty of parking. The building is secure and the staff onsite was amazing. They answered our questions we had at check-in.
