Hôtel peut confortable. Les escaliers sont très étroit pas d’insonorisation on entends tout le bruit des voisins

La proximité de l’hôtel à côté des commerces et restaurants et plage .

Cons:

La télévision certaines chaînes étaient en pannes j’ai informé la réceptionniste.

La douche présentait un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la porte je ne pouvais pas fermé la porte de la douche et rentrer complètement. La porte présentait un défaut . J’ai également informé la réceptionniste

Très bon accueil.
Emplacement parfait, en plein centre de Trouville proche de tous les commerces et de la plage.
Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié l’excellent petit-déjeuner.

Местоположение хорошое,внизу ресторан,вечером шумно,пора сделать отелю ремонт, весь кавралин-уже уставший.
В номере чисто,мини туалет и душ.

De kwaliteit van het eten in het restaurant

Cons:

Dat er helemaal niemand van het personeel ook maar in beweging kwam na het afgaan van het brandalarm, de prijs van een drankje was buitensporig hoog zeker voor buiten het seizoen.

Une alarme incendie s’est déclenchée sans que les clients soient correctement informés de la situation ni accompagnés pour assurer leur sécurité. Certains clients peuvent être malentendants et nécessitent une attention particulière ainsi qu’une communication adaptée.
La sécurité des clients devrait être une priorité absolue, tout comme le respect du personnel.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Alles. Ligging, gezellige kamers, echt Franse klassieke sfeer, warm interieur, goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel, top hotel direct aan de hoofdweg in het centrum en parkeerplaats en strand vlakbij. Aanrader!!

Le charme de l'ancien en centre ville
Pros:

Bel emplacement pour cet Hôtel qui porte bien son nom. Son côté rétro est assez sympathique.

Cons:

Le problème c'était de trouver une place de stationnement pour notre voiture. Nous nous sommes garés à environ un kilomètre de l'Hôtel pour en trouver un gratuit. Un peu loin quand même.
