Pros:

Hôtel agréable, personnel chaleureux (merci beaucoup à Julie qui est aux petits soins !), localisation idéale. Je recommande !

Cons:

. Il manque un éclairage (ou il est bien caché) au deuxième étage dans le hall en direction des chambres 208 & co (j’ai dû à chaque passage utiliser ma lampe de poche).
. Du pain complet au petit déjeuner serait super. :)

Pros:

Excellent accueil par Augusto puis Véronique. Gentils, prévenants, très professionnels. Leur collègue du petit déjeuner était formidable aussi ! L'hôtel est impeccable. La chambre, magnifique et confortable. Le petit déjeuner, copieux et delicieux.Excellente situation dans la station. Nous reviendrons avec bonheur.

Bonjour ,

A 7:30 du matin j’entends quelqu’un a essayé d’ouvrir la porte de ma chambre et réussi à ouvrir avec ses clé , la panique total , le cœur qui bat à 100 à l’heure , la peur!


En signalant à l’accueil, on me réponds que certaines chambres ont les mêmes clés ( je rêve ) jamais vu ça! Je peux me faire volé mes affaires, je peux me faire agresser pendant que je dors mais tout va bien

Les chambres mais pas que, la porte principale de l’entrée à l’hôtel procède de memes clés
Je trouve ça grave

Le personnel a l'ecoute,l acceuil, la chambre etait jolie et chauffée, propre et agreable.
Emplacement a cote de tout et surtout du casino ;)
