Very disappointing. Apartment did not reflect web site advertising.
Pros:

Roof sitting area.

Cons:

1. All windows in apartment looked out to concrete walls one metre away. No natural light. Not what was advertised.
2. Because of above, useless mobile reception in unit.
3. Last minute security unexpected deposit required even though full payment made.

Coded door to the room wouldn’t work and was not repaired during our stay. This meant only one of us could open the door with the app. Disappointing.

Location & functionality. Washing machine & dryer. I nevr saw a staff member but they were responsive on the phone.

Cons:

Quite sterile. The sort of place that has strictly rationed cutlery, crockery, dishwasher & laundry powder.

Pros:

The location was excellent for what we needed

Cons:

The mould on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms looked as though it had been there for a very long time. We were assured it would be attended to for future guests and that the rest of the property was cleaned properly.

Pros:

The apartments are great, comfortable and recommend. Unfortunately we had people breach the no party policy however this is being investigated and staff are doing their best to work with us regarding it.

Fantastic location and very well equiped & clean

Great stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. It made everything so convenient and really added to the overall experience.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I especially loved the coded entry system for both the building and the apartment. Not having to worry about keys or coordinating who had them made everything so much easier.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

A real highlight was the rooftop area, which has amazing views of the Melbourne skyline. It was the perfect spot for sunset drinks and a great way to unwind in the evenings.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
