Clean modern apartment
Review about the pool confused us as there is no pool

cleaning was substandard as was the property maintenance and ongoing problem with daily emails to Elms Corporate
no one ever on the reception desk to discuss the problems.
Faults included- leaking main bathroom sink, unable to open main bedroom window and neither could the maintenance team. Leaking fridge ( denied by the management) dirty fixtures and fittings/ windows, photos taken and sent to the management, filthy balcony including furniture. Roof top bbq / furniture filthy. Constant emails to management who stated the cleaners had been but their efforts were substandard and we could see smear marks on the windows and at no point did anyone ring us or meet us there to discuss. We moved out for 1 night at our own expense. We were refunded only 10% this was supposed to be premier apartment and it wasn't.
Great location! Perfect for what was needed. Space was clean and tidy, beds were comfy. Communication was great, super easy and thorough checkin.
The hall leading to the apartment smelt mouldy, so made the apartment smell a little (probably not the apartment owners fault). And the windows were all covered by frosting, which we weren't expecting (should've looked at the photos more closely next time). Overall positive times.

The instructions for entry with code to the front entry are very poor and there is no warning that you will be denied entry into the building from checkout time. There was no onsite parking and we were loading our car on the street to checkout at 10.05am. We got locked out when we made a 2nd trip to get the remainder of our luggage
Location was great. Facilities were nice.
The check-in process involved a number of steps, including downloading an app, entering multiple codes, and receiving verification codes, which may be challenging for guests who are not particularly tech-savvy.
In addition, the parking requirements could be communicated more clearly. Parking is limited, requires vehicle dimensions to be submitted, and an induction that can only be completed Monday to Friday. As a result, we opted to use street parking instead.

Door code would not work when I arrived. Had to call for someone to help. No hot water on one day of my stay. This was fixed later in the day.
