Amazing hotel in the best location in Ho Chi Minh City
Pros:

This hotel is situated in the best spot for sightseeing, markets and food. The staff treat you very well and our 1 bedroom apartment was really spacious and quiet. Breakfast was also excellent. We were able to leave our luggage for 2 days whilst we explored the Mekong Delta which was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Good location. Quiet rooms.
Pros:

Good location. Big family suite. Had all the amenities including a laundry.

Cons:

The shower over the bath - it was a poor design & the water ran around the bath onto the floor.

Great place to stay for a good nights sleep, great breakfast and handy to many tourist sites.
Pros:

Excellent location for our two night stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Close to all the sites we wished to visit and good local eateries. Breakfast at the Hotel was excellent as were the staff. Very pleased to have been able to stay at Garden View Court Suites.

Our new home away from home.
Pros:

The staff were so accommodating. Our original room wasn’t available and the staff gave as a bigger room with no extra cost to ensure we can settle in comfortably.

Location was ideal - Ben Thanh markets was around the corner about 5 min walk.

The breakfast buffet was good.

Overall, this is a home away from home we will return to.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. Food was always topped up. There was variety, which we enjoyed. The restaurant staff & cleaning staff were good. The location is really nice, away from busy streets. We enjoyed our walks.

Cons:

When a guest books a room. maintenance should be done before checking in. You DO NOT check a guest and then keep doing maintenance. From bathroom to kitchen. Always some kind of issue. The Bath/shower was the worst. Water was all over the place. Getting into the tub and out was scary. Extremely old and no change. Avoid room 603 if this Bathroom is not renovated to suit modern safety. Telephone was broken, could not connect. Electrics with the gas, kept tripping a sound. We were out and out daughter had to call us back as she got a scare of a tripping sound from the cooktop. The worst is when a Reception staff asks u to provide feedback of all the issues we have faced with this room. WE are not here to bloody review rooms but on a family holiday. We even told them to inform the manager. No curtesy to even check after all the issues this room had. Not able to add the video of the issues, which we have.

My parents are happy with the hotel. location is really good. my mom has problem with her knee so she cant walk a lot but the location of the hotel is so close to many attractions and restaurants so she did not have to walk a lot nor taking cab
