The hotel’s outsourced airport transfer service was very poor—expensive, with a long wait time. To make matters worse, a small car showed up at first, which didn’t match what was originally agreed upon.

This hotel has a great location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was free and it was a good start to the day. The egg station was good. The staff were very friendly. Love the noodle station too

Cons:

The selection is very limited; often empty and took a while to be refilled. The selection of coffee was limited and not to my taste. could use a bit more fruit

Great stay and great service
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. The rooms are old, yes, but they are exactly as pictured when you book the hotel. And everything was clean.

Cons:

People smoked in front of the entrance. I dislike this because you are forced through cigarette smoke. The hotel should prevent this by settung up an area for smokers.

The pool was very cold.

Saving the address for future visits !
Pros:

Excellent breakfast choices except when we requested a boxed breakfast as we checked out at 4 am. The in/ restaurant buffet was so good so we were excited about our fixed breakfast that we ordered and was offered by the staff. We couldn’t eat it. It was sliced bread with a peice of lettuce and a hard fried egg. We thought we were getting an omelette put in a baguette. Very disappointed.
The staff were friendly and the location is perfect. The bonus of in suite washer and dryer with laundry soap was perfect. A great kitchen with what would be required to cook .

Apart from that nice to stay, comfortable.
Pros:

Very good staff,helpful. Good room size. Comfortable .good location. In house restraunt, room services. Very good catering staff abd all staff.

The hotel entrance has 20 steps to go up to recception de
sk, should have wheelchair ramp for oler people and carry the luggages.
Sweage smell along the corridor aspecially near the lifts.

Senza infamia nè lode
Pros:

Struttura in buona posizione centrale.L'appartamento era grandissimo e dotato di tutte le comodità, anche superfle per un turista ( lavatrice e asciugatrice ). La colazione non è stata strabiliante ...forse la peggiore di tutto il nostro viaggio ( considerando che lo standard delle colazioni è altissimo in Vietnam e per nulla paragonabile alle misere colazioni a cui siamo abituati in Europa ) e la piscina, in parte coperta in una posizione angusta, non ci ha invogliato ad utilizzarla.

Cons:

A mio parere, visto lo standard dei prezzi degli hotel in Vietnam, questa struttura ha un costo eccessivo.

Great hotel so much space
Pros:

We had a very spacious four bedroom unit. It was huge. We were a party of 6 and it was ideal.
We could walk to the food night markets to the main market and lots of eateries.

Great choice
Pros:

Well located district 1 close to all major attractions super friendly staff , great breakfast selection changes daily bonus washing machine and dryer in room which was large and spacious daily housekeeping would stay again

No kettle in room but a thermos pump heater but other room had kettle

Close to everything. Markets, restaurants etc

Cons:

The service was exceptional. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 5. The washing machine was a huge bonus. It was very spacious.
