Nice staff

Cons:

The hotel is located next to a large construction site. It was noisy all day, with walls and even the bed shaking, plus constant dust. After construction stopped at 6 p.m., loud bass from nearby clubs and restaurants continued until 1:30 a.m., making the bed vibrate again.

The towels were old, there was no refrigerator (only a cooler bag), and although breakfast at the nearby hotel was okay, the staff was extremely unfriendly. The beach was full of foul-smelling seaweed that wasn’t removed.

Overall, our stay was a big disappointment.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Beach war super. Das Bett war bequem und angenehm breit für 2 Personen. Unser Wunsch nach einem Kühlschrank wurde sofort umgesetzt. Wir hatten mit der Lautstärke des angrenzenden Club Glück, da unser Zimmer Richtung Meer war und wir die Musik wenig gehört haben. Parkplatz war nur 5 Minuten entfernt und Auto stand sicher.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist etwas beengt in einem langen Schlauch zwischen Straße und Beach.
Frühstück war inklusive, jedoch etwas mager und wir hätten auch einen zweiten Kaffee oder einen Cappuccino ohne Aufpreis genommen.

Man konnte den Strand und Frühstück im nahegelegenen Ahau nutzen, was den Aufenthalt wesentlich angenehmer machte. Das Frühstück dort war sehr lecker und der Strand sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt (wie fast alles in der Tulum Hotelzone), kleines Zimmer, das muffelig roch. Laute Musik in der Nacht.

A equipe é muito gentil, em especial a recepcionista.

Cons:

Casa Ganesh fica ao lado de um beach club onde ocorreram festas todas as noites. O ruído é tanto que a administração oferece aos hóspedes tampões de ouvidos. Há também problemas de manutenção, como falta de água e episódio de banho frio. O cafe da manhã é num hotel parceiro, e requer um deslocamento de cerca de 500 metros. O serviço é a la carte, com poucas opções, e muito demorado. O estacionamento também fica a 10 min de caminhada.

Pros:

Exceptional customer service from Teresa! She was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Our room was steps away from the beach. The beach in front of Casa Ganesh was well-maintained and clean.

Great location, good rooms, boutique accommodations
Pros:

The location is great, despite not having a restaurant or beach club on site they provided it through nearby facilities, which were amazing. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are classic tulum rustic definitely not luxe, if that’s what you’re looking for, but they are comfortable, clean and well furnished.

Déçue car si bruyant qu on entend même plus les vagues !

Son emplacement idéal sur la plage mais catastrophique côté bruit puisque posé à côté d une plage qui balance de la musique genre techno à fond de 11h du matin à 3h du matin .

Cons:

Chambre sans aucun rangement, j ai laissé les affaires dans nos valises . Chambre sombre qui donne sur un haut mur . Et surtout l insupportable musique à fond non stop des 11h du matin jusque 2h parfois 3h du matin .

Location was excellent. Tranquility right in the middle of everything (not easy to achieve in Tulum). Sandra and Juan were super helpful and attentive. Rooms were beautiful.

Pros:

Direkte Strandlage inmitten vieler cooler Beachclubs. Besonders hervorzuheben ist dabei, dass man die komplette Anlage des Ahau-Hotels nutzen kann. Das Frühstück dort war super.

Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Teresa war hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gut Englisch.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Pool. Auf den Bildern scheint es so, als wäre dieser für alle nutzbar.
