Nichts. Aber wer seine absolute Ruhe braucht, sollte wissen: Direkt neben der Villa ist ein Beachclub, der abends schon eine ganze Weile laute Musik spielt. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört.

La chambre était bien humide et sombre.Nous n'avons pas de chance , nous avons eu la chambre n°1 au fond du passage, la plus éloignée de la mer et la plus proche de l'accueil.Donc pas d'accès soleil.On ententait plus le bruit de la route que les vagues.
Le moment de check in nous avons laissé une caution de 50$.Nous avons rendu la chambre dans un parfait état et rien n'était signalé le moment de check out.
Les 50$ ont été prélevés sans raison et nous n'avons pas réussi à les récupérer.(Pas de réponse de l'hôtel)

There are many venues nearby playing different kinds of music, so if you prefer sleeping in silence, this will definitely bother you. Moreover, the music wasn’t exactly to my taste, which made it a bit irritating. However, if you come back later than 2 a.m., it doesn’t matter at all.

The only complaint I had about the property was unfortunately bad enough to eclipse all of its good qualities: the loud techno-pop that you can hear being played at deafening volumes at all hours of the night and day. This is something that doesn’t come through in pictures and that completely cancels out the peaceful vibe they created (and that we were looking for when we booked our vacation). To be clear, the music is NOT coming from Casa Ganesh itself— it’s from the club next door (La Rosa Negra, I believe) but if you walk around this area you’ll find that pretty much every place around here has a DJ near the beach blasting the same stuff. Not much actual music, just lots of thumping base, so loud that you can’t hear the ocean. It starts in the morning and continues through the day into the night. The beautiful breakfast they provide for you at the club is wonderful—but even over there they start playing the techno shortly after breakfast is over. We booked for 5 nights, but after the second night at Casa Ganesh we booked a room elsewhere (much further down the beach next to La Zebra where it’s quieter), and slept there instead, even though it meant paying in two places. It was either that or fly home early. Earplugs/headphones weren’t the answer, because you’d have to wear them 24/7, not just while you slept, and I didn’t come on vacation to wear noise cancelling headphones the entire time and not be able to spend time with my husband. I feel sorry for the proprietors because it’s really not their fault, and if you’re into a party atmosphere and don’t mind loud music—or if you plan to be on excursions outside of town all day (because remember, the thumping bass is in the morning and afternoon too, not just at night) then this place might be just fine for you.

The hotel is located next to a large construction site. It was noisy all day, with walls and even the bed shaking, plus constant dust. After construction stopped at 6 p.m., loud bass from nearby clubs and restaurants continued until 1:30 a.m., making the bed vibrate again.

The towels were old, there was no refrigerator (only a cooler bag), and although breakfast at the nearby hotel was okay, the staff was extremely unfriendly. The beach was full of foul-smelling seaweed that wasn’t removed.

Overall, our stay was a big disappointment.

Die Anlage ist etwas beengt in einem langen Schlauch zwischen Straße und Beach.
Frühstück war inklusive, jedoch etwas mager und wir hätten auch einen zweiten Kaffee oder einen Cappuccino ohne Aufpreis genommen.

Leider viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt (wie fast alles in der Tulum Hotelzone), kleines Zimmer, das muffelig roch. Laute Musik in der Nacht.

Casa Ganesh fica ao lado de um beach club onde ocorreram festas todas as noites. O ruído é tanto que a administração oferece aos hóspedes tampões de ouvidos. Há também problemas de manutenção, como falta de água e episódio de banho frio. O cafe da manhã é num hotel parceiro, e requer um deslocamento de cerca de 500 metros. O serviço é a la carte, com poucas opções, e muito demorado. O estacionamento também fica a 10 min de caminhada.
