Hotel Santa Teresa by the Beach

Lovely property - the property team is simply wonderful. Felt like “home away from home”. Very cozy with beautiful room and bed setup with balcony. Loved the location and simply blissful. Planning to go back again.

I stayed for two days with my family and friends, and everything was absolutely perfect. I had stayed here before, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel has been completely renovated under new management. Everything is spotless, modern, and well-maintained.

The breakfast was one of the highlights — freshly prepared and delicious, with excellent service throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times.

The location is unbeatable — just a 1-minute walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this place!

We had a great 2 night stay here and would definitely come back. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was excellent-I particularly loved the cappuccino machine! The pool was small but lovely. The ocean view was only partial due to trees, but it is only a block to to the beach which was beautiful.

The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. It would have been great if you had a bar on site and addition food service, perhaps a dinner option.

Stay here was amazing, originally planned for one night decided to stay another night.

Short walk to the beach and surfing. Staff very friendly. Hotel is very clean, new and modern. Beds are comfortable. Lower rooms have windows to the inner courtyard, restaurant and pool, no windows to outside.

Amazing place! Close to all my favorite spots that I could walk to including the beach that had lounge chairs for rent. Definitely staying here again!

Nice hoyel centrally located. No restaurant, but great options around.

The property was very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast, juices and coffees were very delicious. The staff (in particular Astrid) were extremely helpful, accommodating and patient.

Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We could not be any happier, this was the best location, close to the beach, great pool area to relax in a shady spot for peace and quiet. The rooms and room service are 5***** clean and fresh, smells amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and so friendly. We felt like we were family. Look out for the two resident iguanas.

We stayed here for two days. Very clean room and hotel. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nice comfortable bed. The most helpful and friendly staff. Especially David and Victor and Estrid. They respond to WhatsApp messages and calls immediately with helpful answers. David was on the phone with me for over twenty minutes walking me through the process of booking a ferry from Paquera to Puntarenas. We would most definitely stay here without hesitation if we are again in Santa Teresa!

We enjoyed 3 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff was excellent, rooms were super clean and breakfast was lovely. Location is steps away from the beach, absolutely perfect. Would be happy to stay here again! Pura Vida

Ótimo hotel, bem perto da praia e dos restaurantes e lojinhas de Santa Teresa. Meu quarto tinha uma varanda com vista para o mar e com um pôr do sol lindo! O café da manhã é delicioso, com muitas opções de frutas, sucos, panqueca… o time do hotel foi super atencioso e simpático.
