We requested an earlier check in because we have a baby and we can't stay in the heat outside for couple of hours. The management I was speaking to let us know that we could check in early to the apartment so we went to the office and they told us no you have to wait for 2 hours it's not ready.
The apartment was not clean and a big cockroach came out from the bathroom.
There was no laundry detergent or any kind of shampoos provided in the apartment.
We lost electricity around 8pm not knowing that the braker can't handle the washer and AC together because no one told us. We tried calling the offices and customer service and no one was answering so we had to sit in the dark with no AC for couple of hours until we thought of finding the main company number maybe someone will answer and my husband was able to figure it out himself going to the main braker downstairs in the building and turning on the electricity.
So after that we had to wait until the washer is done to turn the AC on.

Prepare yourself for a budget stay, and I mean budget.
The pros: The unit is spacious and has the basics covered. It’s quiet in the bedroom (if you shut the door), but not so much in the living room, especially since it’s on the ground floor.

The cons: Where do I start? Cracked floors everywhere—watch your step unless you want a twisted ankle. Dirty utensils, a TV remote with a dead battery, and stained towels add to the charm. The Wi-Fi is laughable—weak at best and doesn’t even reach the bedroom (probably because the router is in someone else’s unit). Windows? Forget about it; if you open them you’re inviting in the world, so you’re forced to keep them closed giving the place a cozy prison/dungeon vibe.
Oh, and the live worm I found in the shower was a nice touch.

When I brought these issues up to the staff, their response? A casual ‘Thanks for letting us know.’ Safe to say, I won’t be letting them know anything else.

Nice clean apartment with good location in old town Valencia. However, pushy unprofessional management that required me to come to their office (some km:s away) and pay in full before I could get access. This despite that they already had my credit card nr (from booking) and copy of passport (sent by e-mail). I suggested I could come to their office in the morning the next day, but they refused.

This property was really convenient for exploring the old town and the gardens. There were many places to eat and drink nearby without this disturbing us. The small balcony meant we could enjoy watching the world go by. The property was clean and had plenty of fold out beds and towels. We were also provided with gels for personal washing and washing up. There was a washing machine too. Communication was excellent and we were really pleased that they let us check-in early as there was no guests before us

Een heel centrale accommodatie, overal vlak bij. Voor een paar dagen in Valencia is dit een prima appartement, goede bedden. Geen luxe en klein, maar dat was voor ons prima.

Appartement spacieux mais très peu décoré, pas très joli et très mal entretenu.
Porte de la douche ne ferme pas complètement laissant passer l’eau.
Serrure porte chambre cassée.
Aucune fenêtre de l’appartement ne se verrouillait, donc pas top niveau sécurité.
Et alors la cerise sur le gâteau est le voisinage, en particulier le voisin du dessus qui je pense dois être fou…
Impossible de dormir une nuit entière, ce dernier cri ou parle fort, en laissant bien évidement sa fenêtre ouverte.
Il a également déplacé des meubles à 4h du matin…

The apartment is in a very good position in the old part of the city. The contactless check in was effective but we had some trouble with the access code on the last night and we had to wait the apartment employee for around half one hour before to have the access to our apartment. The apartment has very bad natural illumination. Sometimes a very bad small come up I guess by the hydraulic system.

Convenient location if you want to walk around old Valencia. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Good place to stay!

Perfect location with vast selection of eateries, bars, sights to see close by.

They wanted cash. They said their machine would not work for our bank. We did not have any trouble with card in other accommodations. There was also another Canadian couple at the agency which they said that their payment card would also not work. One of the employees walked away from us. We and the other Canadian client had to go to atm and get cash for the 4 days. Then they gave us receipt for 100 euros less. Good thing we noticed that. They then changed the receipt. Seemed like a scam to me. Had to pay a 14 euro fee to get the money. Then we had trouble with the electronic lock on our room. When I told them, they were not helpful. Also, room on lower level, #1 smelled like mold.

Great property right next to a lot of bars and restaurants in city center. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs new kettle as the main one did not function the small susitute lid was broken and I was burnt by steam when trying to use it

So could not use stove to cook had to

I found out after I bought food from the supermarket and had to throw it all away
And eat out
But I enjoyed the location the beds where comfy bathroom clean but needed maintenance as the shower leaked and use up half my towels I would use it again now I know what to expect great location quiet and clean

Cheap and cheerful apartment with double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette area. Good offering for what we needed - a group of friends paired up and visiting the city for a weekend on the beers, but I wouldn't book it for a romantic weekend away.
Sufficiently clean and presented but this isnt a hotel room, it's a rented appartment.
Check-in is at an office around 5 mins walk away (feels longer in the heat). 10 min walk to the square, easy access to minimarkets and a bar/breakfast spot.

Spacious, convenient and comfortable. Perfect for my requirements (solo traveller, intent on lots of sightseeing). Only concern was the shower tray filled easily and flooded the area around the shower and toilet, but mop and bucket handy so able to clean. Excellent communication regarding access to the building, had to ask for address to office. May be handy to have included in WhatsApp communication, but quick to reply when asked.

La ubicación es buena, pero desde el momento de la reserva deberian informar q los vehículos particulares no pueden ingresar a la zona. El olor de cañeria del apartamento es muy fuerte. De la ducha se sale toda el agua, se inunda el baño y la ducha es manual, es decir, se debe utilizar como regadera con la mano porqué si se coloca en la pared colgada se sale mas el agua.

El servicio de laa personas que atienden es pésimo, no tienen ningún servicio6al cliente de calidad esperan que uno como cliente tenga que ir a la oficina de ellos a reclamar pas llaves y toca pagarles en efectivo el monto total porque no dan vueltas, la comunicación con el personal es terrible, la información de la ubicación y contacto esta errada y el apartamento tenía problemas en el baño, la ducha se inundó, el sanitario estaba despegado

Non c è finestra, quindi nessun ricambio d aria. L unica finestra dà sul vano scala che ha puzza di fogna

Está muy céntrico y en una zona estupenda, el Carme. El apartamento no tiene luz natural.
