Pros:

The hotel is in a nice and quiet area and it is only 15 minutes bus ride to the city center. There are several local supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance as well. Staff were quite accommodating as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the pub due to mandatory maintenance work. This was beyond anyone’s control.

Pros:

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Very impressed with both room and location

Cons:

The bed was very comfortable and room very beautifully decorated. It was a lovey walk into the centre with plenty of lovely local shops and restaurants

Great hotel in a lovely part of Edinburgh.
Pros:

Beautiful large room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, free parking, quiet side street near bustling Morningside Road, fantastic dinner at the Canny Man pub with a free drink as a hotel guests. Perfect.

Pros:

Warm welcome. The room is modern, clean and has the most comfortable bed. In addition to that, it is quiet and the area of Morningside is just lovely with a variety of pubs and restaurants around or within a reasonable walk. When we arrived, we checked in at the Canneymans and were offered a complimentary drink which is a nice touch. Would definitely go back.
