I will never stay here again!

1. Location was ok but elevators are confusing
2. Doors are so heavy I have bruises
3. Hallways too narrow
4. Very dark
5. No early Check-In
6. Rooms are VERY SMALL & cramped
7. A LOT of noise, both outside the tiny window, & in the rooms. You can hear other people showering

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Moxy Hotel. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Algo que valoro mucho es que todo funcionaba perfectamente: el aire acondicionado, el agua caliente y las demás amenidades, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto.

La ubicación es uno de sus mayores atractivos. Tiene una cafetería justo al lado para desayunar, un restaurante de pizzas y comida italiana en la esquina y está a pocos pasos de las principales tiendas y atracciones de Times Square. Pudimos hacer muchas actividades caminando, lo que fue una gran ventaja, especialmente viajando con una niña.

El personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos. Además, cuentan con personal que habla español, algo que agradecimos muchísimo.

El hotel tiene un concepto moderno y diferente a lo que muchos estamos acostumbrados, pero sin sacrificar la comodidad ni la calidad del servicio. Definitivamente me hospedaría allí nuevamente y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de Nueva York con una excelente ubicación y una estancia cómoda y agradable.

Alles to, perfekte Lage für einen NY Trip.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber für einen Städtetrip nach New York absolut ausreichend. Wir waren gemeinsam mit unserem Sohn in einem Zimmer – er schlief in einem Etagenbett, das überraschend sehr bequem war.
Besonders begeistert hat uns das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die perfekte Lage, für uns ganz klar eine 10/10.
Wir können das Hotel für einen New-York-Trip uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Direkt neben dem Roxy befindet sich außerdem ein kleines Café, das wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Das Frühstück dort war so lecker, dass wir jeden Morgen dort gegessen haben. Ein zusätzliches Highlight: Vom Hotel haben wir täglich einen 20-Dollar-Gutschein für das Café erhalten, den wir jedes Mal genutzt haben.

Das das Fenster in unserem Zimmer nur 15 cm zu öffnen ging.

This hotel is hip and has all kinds of things happening. You will love it here!!
Pros:

This is a place for adults! I love that. The rooftop bar always made it feel like there’s something to do. It’s in a prime location. Staff was amazing.

Cons:

It’s NYC so the rooms are so small! All the rooms are small and the pictures are very accurate. Just felt super cramped.
