Great location and services.
Pros:

The location was great, room was compact but had everything you needed and was clean. Great amenities, having the $20 a day to spend on the pop up bakery was a great touch.

Cons:

You could really hear the noise from outside especially late in the evening when people had vacated the roof top bar. I’ve stayed in this location before and didn’t experience the noise as much. Definitely bring earplugs.

Pros:

The check-in staff was exceptional. The daytime/nighttime vibe of this hotel was awesome. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and cozy. The location was so easy to hop on a subway from the airport to arrive in this area. Stores, shoppes, all right there.

Soggiorno spesso in questo hotel quando vengo a New York e per me è sempre una conferma! La posizione è davvero strategica: si trova vicinissimo alla metro, il che rende facilissimo spostarsi in tutta NYC, e permette di raggiungere comodamente le principali attrazioni della città in pochi minuti.

Un altro grande punto di forza è lo staff: un team giovane, sempre sorridente, disponibile e davvero friendly. Ti fanno sentire il benvenuto fin dal primo momento e sono sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità o consiglio sulla città.

L’atmosfera dell’hotel è dinamica, moderna e vivace, perfetta per chi ama l’energia di New York. Ogni soggiorno qui è un’esperienza piacevole e confortevole. Lo consiglio assolutamente e continuerà a essere il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che torno in città!

Cons:

unica pecca il weekend quando è aperta la terrazza al 18 piano e di conseguenza pieno di persone non ospiti dell'hotel diventa difficile usare ascensore sia per salire in camera che scendere con attese lunghe

Pros:

Location and staff are very good. Specially the guy Oliber at reception is very helpful.

Cons:

Room is very small. Eminities are nothing for price.
Breakfast is just snacks and couple of fruits.

Breakfast there wasn’t breakfast it was a snack, when we arrived at the rooftop it was 2am they stated they were closing early because it wasn’t much ppl there we were still trying to enjoy ourselves , the rooms are extremely small for the price

Great location, would stay here again.
Pros:

Bed and pillows really comfortable. Location excellent, central for most attractions and near subway station. Liked the grab and go breakfast option. Very special rooftop bar overlooking The Empire State. Staff are very friendly in reception area. Sweeties in the foyer in the afternoon are complimentary so a nice touch. Ioved the decor of the hotel and rooms.

Cons:

Bed pushed against the wall so not ideal as one person had to climb over the other. We were first shown to a ridiculously small room and had to battle to get a more acceptable room. Noise from street but ear plugs helped.

Room was barely ok
Pros:

The location is excellent. Cool vibe.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned on the 3rd day of my stay. The room was smaller than the ones I had previously at the same price. In this particular room, the stall shower was open and the water spray hit the floors making it dangerous. The open stall's edge was hard to see - no contrast to the floor - and I nearly tripped on it.

Nr.1 Hotel für einen Städtetrip in New York Manhatten
Pros:

Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip in New York.
Praktikabel gestaltete Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis.

Cons:

Teilweise musste man ewig warten bis ein Aufzug zur Verfügung stand um sein Stockwerk zu verlassen.
