Terrible Night
Pros:

I am v disappointed from my booking and hotel refer by hotels.com although hotel was extremely poor and terrible but I have a huge complaint from hotels.com that why u refer uploaded advertised such a terrible hotel on your website.

The hotel had given my room away.
Being close to the airport one would expect them to understand that flights can arrive at anytime during the day or night.
Had to look for another place for the night

Stayed 8 or 9 hours due to transiting in Jeddah, Excellent people, very friendly and helpful.
no hot water, must be not the season, convenient location, Taxi easily available and close to Airport,
