La sencillez y el buen trato del staff hizo que todo el viaje fuera mucho más tranquilo, en particular este viaje era muy estresante, pero la calidez y trato de Don Marcos, Victoria y Veronica, que la conocí al final fue un 10/10

Pros:

Lugar muy agradable, habitación cómoda y limpia.
Buena ubicación , personal amable con un desayuno que incluso nos incluyó café de grano.

Cons:

En lo particular no tuvimos problema con estacionamiento pero si hubiera más pasajeros podría ser una limitante.

Breakfast was the best, personally made scrambled eggs, though a lot do do this I’ve noticed in Chile,
Nice assortment, jam with fruit , fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bread, ham, cheese .very helpful front desk sorted vineyard visit for me

Good place to stay for visiting vineyards
Pros:

Friendly host, she helped us with renting a bike. They also have a laundry service.
Comfortable bed, shower with hot water. Decent breakfast.
Good location within Santa Cruz, you can walk to vineyard Laura Hartwig and some restaurants. The other vineyards can be reached by bike.

Cons:

The hostel responds better via WhatsApp then the booking.com chat. The tank with drinkable water near the reception was often empty.
