Не оправдано высокая цена проживания. В ресторан почему то нужно записываться заранее хотя достаточно свободных столов.
очень маленькие порции. Чтобы поесть нужно брать по три. Заказал бокал вина, забыли принести, зато чаевые по умолчанию добавляют к счету.

A perfect choice for skiers who appreciate real comfort and a delicious menu
Pros:

High‑quality facilities, comfortable rooms, spotless cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent with a delicious menu and a great selection of wines, including local ones. The service from the waiters and waitresses was outstanding. Breakfasts were exceptional. The massage was truly professional. A garage was also available.
BTW: Nevada means snowy in Italian, it isn’t US state in hotel name

Cons:

Doors of rooms are noisy at the moment they close which can be noticed during nights

Near perfect
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and reasonably located. It was conveniently close to shuttle buses to the slopes and the rest of the resort.
Rooms were of good size and very clean.
The spa facilities were excellent and well appreciated to relax after a full day of skiing, in particular the outdoor pool and sauna facilities.
The staff was very polite and eager to help guests, special thanks to them.
The restaurant was outstanding both for service and quality of the food, I would fully recommend visiting.

Cons:

The room's thermostat did not work and we often had to open a window to be able to regulate temperature, which isn't energy efficient.
The policies indicate spa robes and towels are not changed throughout the stay (unless paid separately) but there is no enough drying space for them considering regular towels and snow clothes.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste hatte und es so zu Wartezeiten gekommen ist.

l'albergo è veramente confortevole e pulito, il personale gentile e professionale, la SPA modernissima e all'avanguardia, la posizione ottimale poco distante dal centro ma fuori dal caos dello shopping e leggermente in salita giusto per tenersi in forma, dopotutto si va in montagna per abbandonare la macchina, ossigenare i polmoni e fare del sano moto.............
