ארוחת בוקר מספקת מאוד, מסדרים את החדר כל יום ומחליפים מגבות. צוות אדיב מאוד, עזרו לנו עם כל בקשה - הסתבכנו עם האינטרנט ובולט. אהבתי את הקולר עם מי שתיה בקומה ובלובי - מכונת קפה ואמצעים להכנת תה. ממש מפנק.

Cons:

מזרון היה עקום במיטה אחת ומיטה שניה חרקה מאוד. סדינים לא הוחלפו 6 לילות ....

Great location, but overall the stay was average, with an unappealing room view, an unaccommodating
Pros:

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay and something we really liked. However, beyond that, there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel itself was decent, but our room had a very unattractive view. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The breakfast also lacked variety and could have offered more options.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights in the suite with a balcony and one night in a standard room. The location is super great and the view from the suite was beautiful. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for our stay.

Cons:

The standard room did not appear to be properly cleaned, we noticed stains, the sink was dirty, and the bed sheets did not look fresh and clean. Sheets also looked very old and washed out.

The reception staff were not rude, but they were very cold and indifferent and lacked the warm, welcoming attitude you would normally expect from hotel receptionists.

Considering the price, the overall experience did not offer good value for money

Disappointing
Pros:

Staying on the 7th floor room with balcony. Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the hotel. There is food on the floor of the hallway from the time we checked in and still not vacuumed, The overall condition of our room is tired and in need of a deep cleaning. My room with a balcony could be made better with a little effort. Maybe some plants in all the flower pots instead of weeds?
Location is good staff are helpful but much better options in Tbilisi at this price range .

Ideal location to explore old town
Pros:

Location was perfect with many restaurants lined up in the street below and just a few metres away from the centre square. Relatively small as Ibis go but thoughtfully planned rooms providing adequate space nonetheless in the rooms. Breakfast was a decent spread and beverages available throughout the day. Quite good value for money when we travelled which was mid last year

Sehr freundliches Personal, ideal gelegen um zu Fuss die Stadt zu erkunden

Cons:

Die Rooftop-Terrasse ist leider nicht so schön und trotz guten Wetter war das Dach immer geschlossen
