Location could not be better!! Perfect start to explore the city. Nice clean quiet room with funny design. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Little bit expensive relatively to other hotels of this level in the area. Breakfast is good but not exiting, without personal local touch. For Tbilissi hospitality and this price point i would expect some local touch.

The location is simply excellent, close to all the main attractions and within easy reach of public transportation.
The staff are absolutely exceptional – there are no words! They were always positive, friendly, and willing to help and answer any questions we had. Even the bellboy at the entrance was extremely pleasant and welcoming.
The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be happy to come back!
What we didn’t like was that some of the rooms face restaurants on the street, and the noise was quite disturbing at night and affected our sleep.
Some of The beds have old mattresses that sink quite a lot, so perhaps it’s time to replace them.
In the family room where we stayed, there were also some cobwebs inside the room, which suggests that the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly
