Categories

Cleanliness
8.25
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ('propre', 'alles was mooi schoon', 'siisti'); one comment notes a deplorable shower state, so overall cleanliness is good but with isolated issues.
Service
8.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (pet welcome, room upgrades, responsive reception), although one review noted language difficulty; overall service is a strong positive.
Location
8.5
Several guests mention convenient location (near centre, calm area) though some note a vehicle is needed for city access; generally well located and quiet.
Room Quality
7
Mixed reports: several comments about small, cramped rooms and small bathrooms, plus some broken items (TV, door lock) and elevator noise; a few guests had spacious/upgraded rooms—overall slightly below average.
Amenities
7.5
Amenities include parking, secure bike storage and pet provisions; reports of broken fixtures (TV, door night lock) and at least one very poor shower reduce the score somewhat.
Value for Money
8.25
Many guests explicitly cite good value/rapport qualité prix for a 3* hotel and recommend it for short stays, supporting an above-average rating.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast is often described as good or copious, but multiple comments note decreased variety, lack of vegetables, some hygiene/quality concerns (plates smell) and smaller portions than before.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall sentiment is positive: numerous recommendations, praise for staff and cleanliness, suitable for short/family stays despite some room/amenity issues.

Erinomainen kokemus
Pros:

Pros:

For a 3* hotel this was perfect, room was big enough for a family of 4 if your kids are young enough for bung beds. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. I’ve stayed in 4* hotels worse than this place. Would highly recommend for a stay over or short stay.
