De ligging is op zich goed maar de kerstmarkt voor de deur (te zien vanuit onze raam) was tot laat op de avond zeer luid.

Incroyable
Pros:

Très très proche de la gare, ainsi que de la mer. La piscine sur le toit est très bien ! Première fois que j’y suis allée et j’y retournerais sans hésité ! Le personnel était super sympa et a l’écoute.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waarvoor dank! Kamer waren prima, ontbijt was lekker, en de ligging was perfect, niet in het drukke van de stad en toch kortbij! Komen zeker terug 👍

Wir können das Merkure nicht weiterempfehlen und zurückkommen werden wir auch nicht

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt wenn man mit der Bahn anreist.
Auf dem Frühstücks Buffet war für jeden etwas dabei, allerdings war das Personal zum Teil etwas mürrisch.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war katastrophal, das Bett wurde nur zugedeckt, die Laken wurden nicht zurecht gezogen. Das Badezimmer wurde überhaupt nicht geputzt, zwar wurde der Abfalleimer geleert und die gebrauchten Tücher ersetzt aber der Rest ganz schlimm. Der Teppichboden wurde nicht gesaugt, grosse Flecken waren zu sehen. Die weissen Gardinen und Fensterscheiben war schmutzig, sicher war ein Kind mit drin, das Schokolade gegessen hat. Also gar nicht der Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels und da hilft das Schwimmbad auf dem Dach auch nicht...das übrigens auch mit Vogelsch...dekoriert war
Unser Anliegen habe ich natürlich vor Ort angebracht, wurde aber nur mit einem Schulter zucken entgegen genommen

Les cousins une catastrophe la moquette pas très propre ,les carreaux de la piscine sont très sales les chaises longues aussi j ai pas l impression qu’ il nettoie avant que les gens y vont .
