La luz en baños y habitaciones. Poca luz
La grifería de la ducha en mal estado, se caía al ducharse.
The location is really convenient for early morning or night time travel to the airport (via bus or metro from Trindade station) and easy to walk into the old town for everything, while also being quiet area at night. The triangular layout of my top floor single room was really nice and I appreciated the dark curtains, good aircon and windows that open! The breakfast had a good spread and a sunlit bistro vibe to it.
The 3 steps to the lift were a bit annoying, I had to log up my suitcase. At least in my shower, the shower head was so big and heavy it didn't hold in the holder very well.
La ubicacion es buena, a un paseo de la zona monumental de Porto.
Hotel sin lujos. Colchon cómodo.
Limpio. Decoración simple.
El personal soso, soso, aunque eficiente. Las sonrisas no se ven.
Los baños interiores, con muy poca intensidad de luz. Muy sombrios en la ducha y escasa luz en espejo.
Veo que es un mal general que hace años que no se corrije.
La ubicación. Cercana a la estación de trenes, a sitios para comer y caminar con seguridad.
El espacio del comedor muy acogedor y el desayuno variado y especial
La habitación aunque tenía ventana, ésta registraba a la parte de atrás del edificio. Desde la reserva con mucha antelación solicité una vista mejor.
Creo que en la recepción pueden ser más amables en la atención. No es problema del idioma sino en la actitud
L’hotel ha una struttura oraria rilassata, lo staff molto cordiale, la colazione abbondante.
La posizione è la vista non sono delle migliori. Vero è che è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di piazza Aliados, ma i dintorni prossimi sono periferici: bisogna pensarci se si vuole un’esperienza più tipica anche dal punto di vista architettonico. Soprattutto in considerazione di quanto costa una stanza, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio.

O quarto era bem localizado.
O pequeno-almoço tinha pouca variedade.
Location. Spacious bedroom. Clean.
No coffee sachets in room despite a kettle, tea bags and sugar. Small bar. No atmosphere. Noise from metro trains. Loose washbasin tap. No anti-slip mat in shower tray. Minimal soap, small shampoo bottle, but no shower gel or other toiletries.

З посуду - лише два паперові стаканчики, які змінювалися тільки при прибиранні кімнати.
У ванній незручні умивальні засоби, та ніяких підставок для зубних щіток та інших власних туалетних аксесуарів. Періодично виникав сильний неприємний запах каналізації.
На сніданку надто маленькі ємності з їжею, а персонал не поповнює їх вчасно, незручний посуд для гостей.
