الموقع ممتاز جداً وهذي ثاني مرة أسكن فيه.
مساحة الغرفة ضيقة جداً بالمقارنة مع السعر هي غالية جداً.
الغرفة نظيفة والانترنت سرعته ممتازة والمرتبة مريحة جداً.
كل شئ كان رائع ما عدا السعر فهو غالي جداً.

Cons:

الماء مجاني لأول يوم فقط، بقية الايام عليك أن تدفع.
العزل ما كان جيد، أسمع أصوات الجيران بسهولة.

The staff were incredibly kind specifically mr Mustafa from reception, helpful, and professional — they made us feel truly welcome and at home. Pros:

The room is clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is amazing. The bathroom is clean, comfortable, and all accessories are available. They gave us 3 cards for all of us. Sido mustafa is really great, he is very helpful, approachable and really amazing.

Location is not bad, but it is far from trabzon medan

Pros:

Every thing was perfect starting from the kind and helpful staff who meet us with smile, the location of the hotel in the center surrounded by all what you need, the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent. Big thanks to Erdim and all the staff who help us to enjoy our stay and special thanks for Sido Mustafa who was helping us before travel and during our stay with all the information we need about the city. I highly recommend Kuhla hotel for family stay in Trabzon. In general we as family enjoyed our stay in hotel and was impressed with the excellent and fast service from all the staff.

The sound of cars in the street in the night was little annoying, better to have isolated glass of windows

Amazing place and wonderful staff
